The cartoony style has something going for it. I’d play a gag game full of these characters.

Agree that a separate button for shooting would help, but once I got rolling, I liked the Gauntlet style. The randomized bonuses were really cool. Fun work!

I like the idea of swapping between classes on the timer. Being force to attack in the direction you're moving does make it quite challenging, but when my wizard went down early, the rogue started hogging the exp and becoming quite powerful!

Fun style and idea. I wish there was more difference between the classes. Love the sound effects!

I think the game is really cool, its like playing the old gauntlet games in a whacky style ha, but it felt good getting random upgrades and switching between the different classes. The sound effects were awesome as well but would be nice to shoot independent of movement. Also my favorite class was the sad looking wizard lol.

I like how the swapped characters handle differently. I wish you could shoot in not the direction you are moving or make the projectiles faster because it's kind of hard to kill the enemies. Good job.

You my good man are a genius. The sound and soundtrack and sound fx are great. I realize that it might sound like irony but it is not. I gave up on music due to time constraints but i realize that humming it would have been good enough for the jam. Adapt and overcome. Besides that, I enjoyed the gameplay very much. Great game. Thanks for making it.

I found the mechanics a bit hard to get used to, but that spinning mechanic for buffs is downright genius. Good job!

lol still trying to process what I just witnessed. this is that one game in every jam that leaves you with more questions than answers and I love it! the soundtrack is neat, I can't say I didn't hum along.. the gameplay is a bit weird tho,

10/10 for music alone. But really with a bit of polish and some more content this could be really fun! Great job

Loved music / sounds! Fun game too, and nice artwork.

~~When I first played on WebGL, the game flickered to a black 80% of the time (which I thought was a game mechanic), but after reloading, it didn't happen at all.~~ Update - it happened for another game, and a reset fixed it. I think it was a browser/WebGL problem rather than anything in the game.

It was pretty cool how far the stats scaled. I cleared out the level, and by the end, I was zooming across the screen shooting a stream of projectiles. Nice work!

Great menus (minus no quit button). but more than what most people do. I love the ironic style. bravo.

I did not get far but I really liked the music and the artwork. Only thing that I could think of tweaking would be the movement speeds and/or like a defense system. For the most part your not really fast enough to escape and attack the enemies. So the typical strategy of run away and attack doesn't really work. So perhaps for the warrior you could add a shield-bash or something to give yourself some space. For the wizard a AOE or something, then the rouge like a dash. Regardless cool concept, cool execution.

This was incredibly fun and even though I was put off by the humming I still stuck around and got to the end! I was a little disappointed that once I descended the staircase it was just an unhappy ending though haha

Combining attack and move is not a good idea. Spawners should have a limit on the number of mobs living simultaneously. Also [link](https://bedroomproducersblog.com/2015/11/11/free-daw-software/).

Very charming, fun game. I love the simple controls and strategy around move and attack being on the same button. I think it'd be great if classes were more different. Love the spin to upgrade. Ur sounds and music are top-notch, definitely brought a big smile to my face playing this game :)
