Great concept and fun gameplay! Controls were a bit floaty and didn't work sometimes. Also, hot witch!

@triangle-point Thank you! What controls were not working? We might have missed something 😁

I like the idea of a game where your abilities keep changing. I feel like this game was a bit too difficult/unforgiving, and that the game is a bit unclear on the objective. Am I supposed to explore, or kill every enemy?

I also like the characters and their characterization, not to mention their designs.

Overall, good job. I think this game holds a lot of potential, but suffers from a lack of polish (which is unavoidable in a game jam).

I certainly liked the style in which the game is set. A 2D paper character in a 3D environment has its own charm. However, the difficulty of the game and the untuned controls spoil the overall impression of the game for me. I appreciate the randomly generated environment.

A like the idea of the game! Changing characters And their abilities was fun. The main character was quite hard to controle. I missed the goal of the game. I appreciate the audio anyway, it adds to the atmosphere.

Very cool concept and take on the theme! I'm not sure if it was just me, but the game was very dark. I had a hard time telling what was going on. Also, some of the UI elements stayed on the screen forever once they got there like the Game Over sign (which looked great btw!).

really like the idea, the sound and art are also on point

The combat felt a bit unfair, the attacks were much to fast to dodge as anyone other then the wizard (way at range) or the rat, the running guy often hits you before you can react after moving rooms.

I also encountered a small bug where sometimes the pacifists special would make him invisible

Definitely had trouble with the combat and hitboxes. Lots of getting cheesed immediately out of a door. But the game sounds and controls remarkably wel.

The art was really nice! I liked the whole setting a lot! I thought the bloom and CRT effect worked in the context really well. I echo a lot of the concerns about the combat, but I like the idea of changing character every 10 seconds!

I think the game has a very interesting idea. I like the idea to switch characters every 10 seconds and that each on of them have unique abilities. The graphics are also pretty cute.
But the game is too unforgiving and the controls are too floaty as well and I end up dying way too fast.
I think if you keep working on it, it'd be way more interesting and I'd love to pick it up again.

Keep up the good work

I liked the design and concept, the controls were quite stiff, didn't respond too fast and was really hard to do much..

I liked the graphics and the sprites a lot!!
