Fast-paced lane-based card game where you're limited to 10 seconds each turn.

A rushed and ugly card game that I poured my heart and soul into for the last three days for my first entry into a game jam.

Later patches will be added to make up for the lack of wanted features, such as: - Special abilities unique to each card - Rare cards that can go on any lane - Actual artwork lmao - Spells - A proper tutorial

These updates will likely come along with an itch.io upload. If you want a proper version before then, go play the original Garry's Mod addon this game was based on.

This game is based on QCardwars, the garry's mod addon by Merekidor.

Music is a "remix" (I just used a soundfont really) of "Pictionary - Drawing Mode" by Tim Follin. Hence why I'm disabling Audio ratings on this one.

Note: Play on a 16:9 display, preferably a 1080P one. I have no idea what will happen otherwise.

Nice game, not familiar with QCardwars but the game reminded me a bit of Inscryption, which also has four lane card combat like this. For a first game this is great! Sure there are missing features but the ones in there are very polished, it was fun just watching the cards fight and scrolling over my hand with the mouse haha

Reminds me of hearthstone very cool you coded all that! the card text is funny even if the images all being placeholder is unintentionally funny

The music was dope! The game was very polished, with placeholders instead of pictures being the only thing that makes it look like a jam game. I had a lot of fun playing it, great job!!

Nice effects on the cards as you select them and they move on the board. A card game is a difficult task to build in just a few days especially with a theme like "Every 10 Seconds" so don't be so hard on yourself! I think you did a great job.
