I enjoyed this game. It reminded me of WarioWare and Friends. I almost got to day 2, but the students wouldn't get angry. Thanks for stopping by the stream! I look forward to your next games! Keep up the good work.

I'm not super sure what was going on in there but it was interesting. I also ran into the problem of the students not getting angry. I though the cooking was a bit unforgiving, but it is in real life too so I suppose that's fair.

@theslate Thanks! I had a great time on the stream :D

@nardandas Thanks for the feedback! I know the classroom one can be a bit hard lol, will certainly change that after the jam.

Really makes me think of WarioWare. Why make one game for a jam when you can flex and make several? Great job!

Good job embracing the theme! Doing a different mini-game every 10 seconds really feels like a theme-filled experience. Its hectic and fun.

The music was enjoyable and playful, well done there. Maybe adding 1 variation, or simply pitch shifting it programmatically every once in a while would prevent it from getting too repetitive.

Art was cute, could've used a little more contrast in games like the "save the people" but overall looked good together. A simple improvement to the art would be to add very minor shading and highlights to give some dept to objects like the vegetables. It doesn't take too much time but makes a big difference.

Overall it was fun, though I felt all the games were lacking some cue to let the player know they were doing the right thing. For stacking boxes specifically, playing a chime each time you made a new stack would be great! For the save the people game, the "game design" of it was a little off as the best strategy was always to run into the lava to reset the level and then go "up" the screen and then back down to reset the game again. As simply waiting would cause people to get trapped in the lava you couldn't save.

@bougiebirdie Thanks! I've never actually played that game before but this is the third time someone's mentioned it so I guess I must now give it a try

Thanks for the detailed feedback @tobius! I agree 100% with each of your points- there should definitely have been more feedback to guide the player in doing the right thing, and this was my first time attempting to make a 2D game  (Usually I work with 3D). I'm really glad you enjoyed the music and had a fun time playing!

Those students REFUSED to get angry hahaha

The minigames were all pretty good! I was surprised by the variety as I went through the days. It took me a bit to find the minimum requirements per day for each job but once I noticed that in the top left it was a lot easier to navigate. I also liked how the tasks didn't reset when the timer ended, that was a neat way of handling switching between tasks and made the timer mechanic much less frustrating. Graphics were understandable and the music was a nice background to my frantic movements :)
