Seems like we need to install the zip file. The game is so so so slow...... Make it faster

I got my little guys to the door after hitting 3 levers. Not sure if "winning" wasn't working, or I missed something. But overall pretty cool and spooky game.

The idea got way over our head and everything took roughly 3 times as long as we expected. You did win @jake-marks , maybe the winning screen or check is broken or maybe something else in our monstrous spaghetti code prevents it from actually going off :)

Edit: really nice that the *game* actually worked though xD did you encounter the monster?

I like how the guys slide over the levers. Would be great if you can write the controls somewhere. Great entry!

It took me a while to understand the game, I wish there was a tutorial somewhere to explain it ! Aside from that, the game was cool. The game's mechanic was original, congrats !

The premise is cool, I didn't get how to open the door after all the leavers, but it was still nice. I would also add an indicator of the monster's general area. I think it would be fraustrating if it just showed up out of nowhere and got one of your guys without warning. I also think it would be cool if every 10 seconds your light diminished unless you get fuel or whatever.

Overall cool spooky premise with great potential!

Great take on the theme of the jam! The game need some polishing, but the idea is great, controlling the characters is intuitive, sounds are scary :)
I would make it more clear that you need to turn levers for door to open, because firstly i got to the door and only then realized that i need to hit levers for it to open! On the other side, my mistake with the levers resulted in quite tense walk back, haha.
Also, i can confirm the bug that @jake-marks reported, door is opened, all four characters right at the door, but nothing happens.

Unique take on the theme! It's interesting that you have to either commit to making ten moves and not knowing what you're running into, or being more cautious. I do feel that the movement was a bit slow, and I wish there was a bit more variation with the enemy AI, but I like the theming here! Nice work!

interesting concept! i enjoyed navigating around the monster turn by turn. I flipped all the switches and the exit did not open unfortunately.

Game didn't end when one was eaten, got the other three to the door, the monster AI was quite unpredictable and I wasn't sure if it would fit between the small 1x1 openings?

But quite fun and for some reason intuitive - I think because it had few elements, so it was easy to understand which does what.

Only thing I'd wish for would be a button to undo wrong moves.

Also the guy that got eaten was still around, I walked over his shadow but I couldn't revive him. This might be an interesting mechanic (reviving).

Very nice, it actually felt spooky to not know if where the monster is. Good job!

The winning screen didn't appear but all my men were at the door so I think I win! Anyway : the idea is good and the base are here ; it's a little too hard to comprehend at first, since we don't know where to look at at first nor the control. But once it's one it , it has quite a rythme. It's a slow pace and the monster and the fact that the men run away is cool! It's still a little bit slow (maybe add more distance ? don't know..)

Thanks again everyone, it's so cool to know you played and liked it! @ribout-horace You definitely won! @leorid There are still some bugs that we have to work on and you are correct, the monster had a problem where it wouldn't fit through 1x1 spaces although it should. Nice observation!

Awesome little game. The music and the limited field of view made this really tense, loved it! Only problem was I managed to get the doors open and the time stacked up in the doorway, but didn't get any kind of "you win!" screen.

Good work!

Cute game with a very interesting premise. One thing that bothered me was that when the guys' paths coincided there was no real way to tell if the movement was being placed because the pink dots would overlap. Still the mood was perfect! It's a shame you run out of time it could have been interesting to see more gj!
