And I survived until the egg hatched :)
I was sort of half-listening to the lyrics and then suddenly realized what it was X'D
Anyhow, really liked this one, the puzzle sliding got really intense toward the end. I did have some trouble with recognizing when the same tile was going to slide twice in the same cycle, but otherwise really well done! Great work!
I'm still trying to protect the egg until it hatches :).
I think it would be nice to see more clearly where the tiles will go as they can be a bit unpredictable at later stages because of how the red overlay shows the directions. It is a bit misleading because you'd think only the red zone is the actual danger but when two shifts intersect some tiles that weren't red also move out of the level. Maybe the red could grow to each tile that will disappear or instead of a red overlay, every tile could somehow show where it will move?
Also, if you ever continue working on this we need something with gameplay value out of the chests :)
Thanks for this!
The game art and mechanics was solid, and the fact that I could finish it in one sitting was great! There weren't many chests spawning anymore after the first few, so the keys kinda became useless. Otherwise, cute artstyle!
Thanks for making this!
