this is really charming. i'm *incredibly* impressed by how well each section of music flows into the next without feeling disjointed at all—great use of theme—and all the diverse styles it works in. the backgrounds are very pretty and help sell the thematic change. distilling a rhythm game into up/down makes it easy to follow single instrumental thru-lines through all the changes. very simple, but very really well put together and fun to play!

Wow amazing soundtrack! And the gameplay is really well executed as well. Are the genre changes random every 10 seconds or is there premade timings?

Nice relaxing entry, but there is not much game play here I would say. You can mash Z & X and u still get points because there is no lose condition.

Composed music is cool, the track for buttons also nicely fits it. Good work on that!

This is probably the best game I've played from the jam so far! I absolutely loved it. The music was incredible, the visuals were great, and there were some really challenging sections that I found really rewarding to master! Fantastic work. (I got a score of 279 :) )

This is sweet. I like the music and the change-ups! zzzxzxzxzx (awesome) I don't know why I feel like the bars should be in the middle maybe that's just me but this is super cool nice work.

You really get the feeling you're actually playing the music in some parts!

Beautiful visuals and music, it fits so well and most of the transitions are really well done. Only thing i noticed is that there is no penalty for just mashing the keys, you can get pretty much all notes by just spamming both of the keys nonstop. Also there seemed to be slight input lag, but that might just have been my imagination or something on my end.

The music was GORGEOUS. The visuals made a beautiful accompaniment.
I am thoroughly impressed.

I don't know what else to say, I don't really have a criticism other than it took me a bit of time to realize that I had to stop focusing on visual timing and instead listen... and I think that's an issue with web exporting - not your end.

I really liked this game, thank you so much.

Would play more if there was more.

Had fun playing this, seems like writing music with 10 second sections would be tricky because how that'd be a weird time signature or bpm, but this flowed really naturally! Really impressed how all the sections sounded together! I wish there was an end screen, maybe getting a grade based on my score or something, and a button to replay, which would make it feel more finished. But still, great job, you should be proud!

I like the idea of changing musical/visual style every 10 sec.

A very enjoyable game experience!

Taiko vibes! Music and art were great, though I did feel like it wasn't picking my key presses sometimes. Really wanted to have a note glide for the sax part at the end!

The music is sooooooo nice. It was such a relaxing game. I was really bad at first. The game do not forgive. For real, the maps, the music, the combination of the maps with music that is in the "map team". All of it is just so great. Great job guys.

The music is perfect and the graphics fit nicely. Only thing is the first few switches felt like it wasn't picking up my keys? I tried to play them a few times to see if I was missing or if it was a consistent problem but I couldn't really tell since there was no feedback for just hitting the key and missing. Aside form that solid game, the mechanic fits nicely with the theme, nice entry!

Cool concept, decent graphics, the music is nice, but the lack of feedback really holds this back. hitting the buttons doesn't graphically show you which of the two buttons you pressed and it can be hard to tell if you pressed the button too early or too late. Besides that its a fairly solid entry.

One of my favorites of this JAM, the gameplay is incredible polished, the art is beautiful, the music is great and it fits the theme.
Some thoughts:
- I love the backgrounds and how the music slighty changes from one to another
- It would be great to have some effect or animation when you fails

This is really great! Love every part of it. Hit detection seemed a bit off, but probably just webgl latency. 5 stars!
