What is this?

This is our first time trying to finish Ludum Dare, learn a lot and have a lot of fun.

We try to interact with all the elements in the game, and add some plot and performance to enrich the game experience. The flow of the game is very short, but I hope you can feel the story you want to express in it.

Every ten seconds, you will reach the end of the game. After countless ten seconds, the protagonist will reach the end of his life.

hey, I would love to play this game, it looks interesting. but the problem is that the window size is too big for my display, I have a 1680x1050 monitor and your game has a much bigger size than that. I feel like you may loose a number of potential players if you don't scale down your window (usually it's recommended to go with 1280x720).

I was really confused about what I was supposed to be doing, but then I realized that's the point lol. Really good job with some of these puzzles. One of them had me stuck, but when I figured it out it got me laughing for real.

Music and overall presentation is excellent too. Great entry!

Unique puzzles, really cool. I did get stuck on level 7 though

Art and sound is also amazing, good job on that part.

Awesome game, I loved the music, definetly goes with the ten seconds theme, I can't figure out how to get past level seven, the water dripping sound just doesn't give me a big enough hint. But you did a great job with this game :D

Awesome experience you created there.

In the end I could figure out all puzzles, but some were really difficult (7 and 8). I felt that the ratio "I'm happy because I found the solution" over "I'm frustrated because I have no idea what to do" was a bit low. Maybe at some point it would have been good to show an hint or something to tell the player what they should be looking for.

The images are amazing. Just out of curiosty, were they made by hand? If so, that's great work!

The music was probably the best part. I loved every second of it.

Very good game!

Thank you for your feedback!:)
Actually there are some changes on UI in level7&8,we are trying to make them more obviously now, and add some hint to optimize game experiment~
About images, there is little time left,so some of them come from the photos I take in daily life.
I will keep improving and do better next time:)

** SPOILER **

@zhuyao Now that you mention it, I actually saw the difference in level 7, but only realized that it was different when I saw it in level 8. Maybe it could be different, but after 10 seconds, it would start blinking between the default and the "two-gray-lines" versions. Just an idea ;) I actually believe it shouldn't be too obvious either, so I guess it's really hard to properly balance...

Again, good job!

It was hard, but I did it. Puzzles are clever. I think issue with 7&8 levels in the pace. Every previous level has obvious controls and clear feedback. I beat first 6 levels very quickly. And after that 7&8 feels like it from other game, where you need to spend a lot of time to notice that small elements can work in unusual way. But still very good game I'm happy to play.

Hauntingly beautiful, love the music. The way you use the UI is incredibly inventive and smart. It's kind of like if a an adventure/puzzle game were a poem :)

Like everybody, level 7 was the hardest (I solved it only after reading rolly's comment). Level 8 was second hardest but I figured it out eventually. Nice entry.

Amazing entry, I love the atmosphere and there are some really cool puzzles!

I will echo what others are saying about 7&8, although I did manage to complete the whole game. I think having a little hint tooltip appear after 10 seconds could be a good way to help people who need it without making the answer too obvious. It would also mean that people who don't want the hint don't have to click it.

Overall, I love this game!

I like this a lot. It looks great and communicates really well. I really enjoyed figuring out what to do without reading any text.

I got stuck at level 5 though. It just displays a zero and reacts to nothing. Not sure if it's a bug or if I just can't figure it out...

I love puzzle games you ahve to figue out by yourself! Really cool idea and very good execution. As some people mentioned, levels beyound 6 were very hard to beat - maybe you can write a simple solution in the descvription for playerrs who get stuck? Well done!
