@owca we have prepared excellent chiptune audio tracks, but did not have time to use them.

Neat idea and I like the art style. I only made it to a little over 2500, which I don't think is very far.

Very fun game to play I really like the concept and the art.

It would be even better with more cards like the heal to make it less RNG based !

Good job

Cool game ! I think it has potential, it is already pretty fun, and it could become really cool by giving a bit more options to the player ! I think currently having only one card every 10 seconds is a bit limiting.
Well done !

I like the concept, and it got plenty of potential. Just feel like, receiving only one card does limit options as well has applying a heal before the hero dies (and yet still dies) is a bummer. A few tweaks, and maybe differing hero progressions would be neat, and you'd have a solid game.

Nice game, but I think there needs to be more choice, like maybe picking one of two cards instead of just being given the one card.

I played it for a bit until I got a good run, idk if this is the best score, but I did get to the "boss" character.

I like your game, but I felt a bit frustrated sometimes having no choise for upgrades. Every 10 seconds you get one card for an upgrade. Sometimes it would not fit your needs. Maybe every 10 seconds two cards could spawn? And that the player then has to choose which one to use?

I love the graphics and music though! I can tell a lot of though has put into that. Well done!

I tried this game on my phone. Surprisingly it worked quite well!
However I could use the upgrades multiple time and thus had an overpowered team really quickly. Is that normal?

I liked your graphism, especially the evolution over the top of the character! It reminded me of the kind of thing you see in fake mobile game ads (in a good way ). Or an old card game that I forgot the name... Anyway that is great!

The gameplay do feel utterly random however. It would have been nice to have some kind of choice or more control over the upgrades. Maybe by letting you chose between multiple possible upgrades every ten seconds or something similar.

@furano we know about mobile version issues, but we are still trying to make gameplay a bit more various. thank you for your review!

I liked the concept but in my opinion it's currently a bit too hard. I wasn't able to do much stuff to survive more than 1000 points. I'd also have liked to have a bit more choice regarding what I could do at a given time because I felt helpless most of the time. The cyberpunky mood was nice and well executed though. Good job :)

There's a lot in this game, nice work! The art is sweet, super cool that your upgraded units upgrade in appearance too! Is there a max level of upgrade? Because, I tried to upgrade a high-level unit once and nothing happened and then it died...devastating loss!

I think the game is a bit too luck-based at the moment, making the difficulty quite high and outside the control of the player. Although, it was fun to discover ways to squeeze value out of my cards, such as waiting to heal or level up at the lowest possible health level.

Also, I think giving players only one new card per 10 seconds is too slow, since I found myself doing a lot of watching and waiting, sometimes helplessly as my units die. Maybe there are some rare ways to get extra cards, such as defeating the extra-strong boss enemies?

Very nice mood, but not enough choices. Just having to choose between two cards, maybe having another "action pont" that you can use in either moving or healing your squad ... Perhaps also something to do in between the card drop, like the ability to click on enemies to hurt them or slow them down. Good work overall!

Wow, the art in this is really well done! I like how each level of dude has unique graphics, that's excellent attention to detail.

I like the auto-battle mechanic, but I wish there was more to do while waiting for the 10-second timer, since right now it feels a little dependent on the randomness of which card you get.

Would love to see a more complete version of this post-jam featuring music and gameplay tweaks, I think there's a lot of potential to this.

I played it a bit but I think it's a little too much luck based to be really enjoyable. I got a score of 2560 at my last attempt and I guess I was unlucky with my card draw.

I believe it has potentials but it needs more adaptation on the game balance. Getting two cards would be a great start, even if you can only play one of them, for example.

Keep up the good work

Very nice execution, but I do agree with previous comments about having a bit of choice in cards to balance luck factor at least a bit.

Art, animations, upgrades are superb.
