I do think that the rng should be tempered a little bit. On my second run, there were no extra laws for the first couple minutes, then they just started piling up rapid-fire. Once there are more than five extra laws, (especially the numerical ones like height and age), it starts to take a ridiculous amount of time to judge each defendant. And I guess it never occurred to the lawmaker of Absurdia to have a grandfather clause.
