I like these pixel art graphics

The attack it's original but really hard to use, maybe can be better with a bigger collision.

Well done!

Really fun overall, but a bit on the hard side for me. Not being able to stop and read the potion text made it hard to pick one, so I ended up dying while trying to find the buff that would have helped me not die

It also feels like the enemies scale very quickly. I only pulled one damage up potion in the first four rounds, and it quickly became way too hard to deal with the amount of enemies on the screen, especially with each one still taking more than one hit.

The pixel art was great though, and the music was very fitting! Felt kind of wild west-y. The shopkeeper sprite was also excellent

Reminds me of 20 minutes till dawn, very addicting gameplay. Got trolled at the end by an unkillable mouse and two of those big bat fellas that started teleporting away(?), I'd play again :)

Nice music and art, I liked the potion seller sprite! It was kind of hard to hit things though, maybe including some auto attacks or something could fix that.

The potion seller is absolutely beautiful. It's awesome how addicting this game gets- there were a few times where I was close to doom but managed to squeeze out of it just barely thanks to a new potion or two. I do feel like when restarting the early game upgrades increase a little slowly, but if anything that just adds to how crazy things can feel later on. Very fun, well done!

I appreciate the well thought out tutorial and of course I love the potion seller video and find it hilarious that there are always LD entries that reference it :P

Interesting take on the theme. Design wise I like the holding slot (though if the potions stack (which I'm not sure if they do :D) I'm not sure when you'd want to use it), I kept a health potion there usually. The visual tutorial is super cool!

Cool game, didn't realize why you could keep potions since it seems like they stack.

I just got done playing a bunch of Vampire Survivor, so this felt quite familiar :D I really liked the formulation
of the upgrade system as drinking various potions!

Nice idea! I do think the fist was kind of hard to hit with. I liked frantically trying to read and choose a potion while also avoiding the enemies.

I love top down action games so this was a nice game to play from the beginning. The potion system is really well implemented, I like that you can save potions for later and that there are stronger potions sometimes. The artwork is nice and tells you exactly what is going on even if you have many enemies on the screen. I also love the trails on projectiles.

The only thing I have to criticize is the punch. Its hitbox is just the fist, making it incredibly hard to hit enemies that are very close to you and keep dealing you damage. Aiming in general is a bit too unforgiving in my opinion. You could try increasing the size of the punch hitbox to be a line from the player to the fist, I think that would solve all my complaints immediately. Apart from that I really enjoyed playing.
