BUG FIXES [Tue, 04 Oct 2022 01:40:18 GMT]: -Fixed game breaking bug: debug in godot was not detecting case sensitive strings in preload() scripts -Fixed memory leak: instances were not being deleted efficiently enough, slowing down the game (and could probably be further optimised)

KNOWN BUGS: -Sometimes the biscuit conveyor belt gets jammed and biscuits get stuck in the oven (you can still pluck them out for fun) -The game can get quite laggy in HTML5, especially in the more advanced levels and with conveyor belt speeds.*

*I would recommend downloading the PC version for a smoother biscuit experience.

Your itch.io link appears to be broken. Looking forward to playing this when it comes up!

Thanks for letting us know it was fixed! Well worth coming back to. Fun concept backed by a fun simple story (and good timing, as it popped up just as I was eating a biscuit!) The soundtrack fits well, supporting the fairly relaxed feel of the first couple of levels, then juxtaposing it with the more hectic nature of later levels as the speed ramps up but the music remains obliviously relaxed. One small improvement would be to put some sort of counter on the screen as to either how many more humans you need to biscuit this level, or an indicator as to where they are. I was a bit lost early on when I thought I had fed everyone but didn't click in that I needed to move the screen for more HUMANS to biscuit. Overall, great concept, fun game!

Haha, simple but fun! Love the catchy background music, and I like how the humans queue up. Difficulty ramped way up for me by level 4, but it was still hilarious just watching the biscuits fly by and pile up by the end.

I really like how fast the game ramps up. At first, the game is menial and simple to do. But as more customers pour in, the more you have to manage the biscuit distribution. And at later stages, grabbing biscuits alone become hell. The "Humans" look more like grey humanoid jack o' lanterns though. Other than this, great game!

lol, definitely original can't say I've ever seen anything like it! :) I had some issues grabbing biscuits after a bit but that might be my age and eyes rather than anything in the game lol :)

Fun! I REALLY like the detail that humans who want the cookie you are holding will start to bounce up and down. Cute AND functional. I thought I had a bug at first because I was only getting four humans, but it was because I wasn't panning the camera, in case anyone is reading the comments wondering the same thing. (Could be a thing to fix up, make that more obvious, but "making sure everyone understands the controls" is always a hard thing in game jam games so it's understandable.)

The html version does it no justice, don't touch it if you can: the difference between them is night and day. The music is quirky and fun and a great choice! There was a little wonkiness with the hitboxes when things got faster where you would have to click a little bit before the cookie showed up. I liked the core concept of franticly providing the masses the right kind of cookie, but feel like it would need a little more of a mixup between the levels beyond there just being more people for folks to be challenged and motivated enough to play more than a few levels.

Funny game. Wish the hit boxes were a little more forgiving for picking up the cookies but was able to manage. Agree with others that more variety in the way the humans appear would be nice. Maybe add arrows on the edge of the screen to show that there are still unfed folks at either end of the belt. Good work!

A very unique idea that 100 people in a room wouldn't be able to come up with for this game jam so props to that! The cookie art was realy cute but the people gave me nightmares! Watching the belt speed up was fun and I liked it a lot, but the hitboxes could be really mean to me sometimes. great addition!

Phew you really need to click right on those Biscuits or you wont get em. :D
Fun gameplay. Enjoyed it quite a bit. One time the humans stopped comming for some reason and i just sat there looking at the biscuit conveyor belt speeding up.
Great entry. Well done.

Really fun setting where all the different people are coming up to be fed. Clicking fast enough to catch the cookies that are going by on the higher speeds gets REALLY difficult! There's something about this game and the setting and the goofiness that reminds me of being at the state fair. At the state fair there's all sorts of games of challenge like throwing darts to pop balloons or tossing rings onto coke bottles. Here's it's grabbing cookies on an increasingly fast moving conveyor belt to feed the humans :) Thanks!

Very funny game! Personally I wish the difficulty would accelerate a little faster. I got to level 11 and I was like "does this ever end?"
I would say something about the glitch where biscuits fly off the conveyer and into humans' mouths, but all I really want to say is it's the funniest and most satisfying part of the game 😂

Fun and silly. I like the music a lot. Well executed game jam.

The concept is cute, but I wish grabbing cookies didn't feel so fiddly; it's hard to grab them when the conveyor belt starts moving at an appreciable clip. I'd also have appreciated some visual indicator when a cookie is in place to register as being fed to a human when dropped. Since cookies clip through the human models, it's sometimes hard to tell if a cookie is in the right position or if I've overshot it.

The idea behind the game looks fun. The music is entertaining. The goal is clear and controls are intuitive.

There is one thing though, I played using the web browser and I only had the first 4 humans to feed and then nothing. The timer was going down without me being able to play the game.

Overall, the game looks to be quite entertaining if you don't take this "bug" into account !

Simple, straightforward, addictive, perfect for a jam! I would love a collision in the mouth (but maybe it would be too easy). And also when the speed of the belt changes the biscuit have some kind of a motion, I thought about playing around the physic of the biscuits is definitely something cool to consider
