okay, this was fun. Took me longer than I wanted to admit to figure what the heck was happening but it was a blast. Nice simple idea and a clean implementatin.

I liked the visuals of the game and the different levels. Was fun. A compact game for a short timeframe.
Sounds and/or a music track would have been great addition, but that's how it is sometimes.

EDIT: The game doesn't fit the frame of LD site. Is it just me? Just letting you know.

Good job!

I must be stupid because I played it 10 times and still couldn't make the switch open the door. Tried a bunch of keys but wasd didn't do it for me. I am on chrome.

Hey @mdotedot, you only have to bump into it, the red light should go off. There is one level that you need to bump into it twice. Hope that helps

Ah .. now it works. Maybe it glitched out the first few attempts .. Thanks!

Cool to see what you all can do with just one room! The only feedback I have is that it felt a bit harsh having to restart from the beginning each time again.
Great entry overall. Good job!

Fun game and really cool idea! I think the next step would be to add more feedback to actions you perform such as clicking the button ( sfx, vfx, animation, etc), because wasn't always 100% sure If I clicked the button or not. Overall great job!

That was funny! A game which really looks nice with great mini-games. Would have loved some sound effects.

The gameplay was nice, though a bit annoying. Most levels you can't possible finish on first try, so you play through the game progressing one level more each run until you get pranked by the cat xD But I guess that's part of the fun.

I am still a bit dizzy, but thanks for the warning xD

Cool concept, personally found it more frustrating than anything after a few levels but then that's the genre! Well done.

Another game I'm unable to load, curses to the LD embeds never working properly :(

It's probably not your fault, but the error I get in the browser console is:

> Uncaught DOMException: The operation is insecure.

Consider uploading your game somewhere else too, like to Itch.io!

argh i'm sorry but restarting from the beginning every time is just too much.. WHY??? with this level design you are just forcing the player to spend a lot of time doing the same ones over and over only got as far as level 4 before the repetition got too frustrating, shame because I was curious to see what was in store for the other levels, it was quite fun. The art style was very cute and nicely done, would have loved some sound.. even just a quick bfxr sound for the on/off switch would have been nice and useful feedback. There should be more visual feedback when the button switches too, its a bit subtle and was easy to miss the first coupe of times especially because the door is just off camera. Also with the emebedding the only way to see the game properly was full screen for me. Good, but fun killed by restart flaw.

I agree that having to restart from the beginning was very frustrating. I found the first try on a level I was working out the new mechanic and the ah-ha moment when I worked the level was over shadowed by realising I would have to repeat 3 earlier levels before I could try again. The levels I did play were interesting and with the 10 second time limit often still challenging even after "figuring" the level out. Graphically and mechanically a good can and often fun to play.

Fun game! Each level added something new and interesting, especially like the ones you can figure out based on instinct and learning from previous levels

I'd agree on the restart from beginning thing, but otherwise this was a solid entry. Only other trouble I ran into is that it was hard for me to tell when the button light turned off. A slightly bigger lightness change would make it more obvious on... less good displays like mine.
