Barricaded by Cha5m
You play as a team of three Survivors who have fortified and barricaded themselves inside a house. Every 10 seconds the survivor you control changes, leaving the other two idle and vulnerable. Make sure to protect all the survivors from the hoard!

But I think this has potential if you work around that. Maybe there could be objectives where specific characters need to perform specific actions at different places around the house, which forces you to move from those safe spots. Or there is limited ammo, and ammo respawns at random spots around the house, forcing you to explore.
Anyways, this is a neat idea and a good base for a post-LD game if you decided to keep working on it. Nice job!
Fun: Found how to cheese for immortality early on. I wish there were more enemy types or mechanics to push the player to do more or change the game loop in some interesting ways.
Innovation: Pretty basic shooter mechanics. I did like the switching and the turrets. I was able to rest my people on one turret and spam r to live forever. I could do this while shooting so there was essentially 0 chance of dying.
Theme: Change characters every 10 seconds :ballot_box_with_check:
Graphics: good.
Audio: good.
Humor: Not so much.
Mood: Decent.
Maybe if there was some indication as to which survivor you switched to next? Because currently you have to just learn the order after a few transitions take place.
Overall, very fun and intuitive. Nice work!
The character switch is an interesting mechanic, but since there is currently no reason to separate your characters it doesn't really have any impact on the game.
You can survive indefinitely just by having everyone cluster in a corner and just shoot everything from there. I stopped after 5000 points.
- move all characters into the same room corner
- shoot any zombies that come nearby and you will live infinitely
After doing this, the charm of swapping the character is all gone.. Could be nice if you could add something that motivates the player to separate each characters into different positions.
Anyway, this is a very great entry, great job!
The graphics were really effective, I like the outline effect. The sound effects were fitting as well. Good composition of existing assets(?)
