  • You are awarded points for storing food at your den. (A fox will harvest food for later consumpion)

  • The game ends when you reach the age of 3. (Average lifespan of a fox)

    - The game ends if you don't eat. (A fox needs to eat to survive)

  • Move with WASD

  • Sprint with Shift
  • Interact with Chickens and your Den with E
  • Pick up dead Chicken with Q

    - You can look around with the mouse

Nice entry! I really like the 3d-models! The controls feel a bit slow and clunky, when turning, and it's sometimes difficult to attack the chickens since you need to be in just the right spot. But well done!

Pretty solid entry!

Pros: Beautiful graphics, fun gameplay, ideal pacing for a LD game, vibrant environments and positive mood

Cons: No sound, a bit clunky movement, especially when turning.

Nice game! I had a little bit of trouble understanding the rules; my first play-through failed because I couldn't locate the den. Second play-through failed because I couldn't figure out how to eat -despite storing 4 chickens in my den.

My favorite part: The funny animation when sprinting around with a dead chicken in my mouth!

Cute little game! The animals and enviroment looks really nice! I was a bit dissappointed there weren't any more chickens on the huge plain behind the hills, haha. Shame there is no sound, would have spiced it up a bit!

As hard as I try, I'm afraid I can't find anything positive to say about this game. The controls are clunky, sound doesn't exist, animations don't sync up with the movements, gameplay is boring and environment looks bland.
But hey, you finished a game, that's already a great achievement and you can use the experience you've gained to make a better game next time.

I killed most of the chicked and then ate them. I didn't find the den, where is it exacly? The game is cute and as a compo entry quite fine, but it lacks a purpose and the gameplay gets boring really fast. Also, I wish there were some trees or bushes, it would make the game feel slightly better.
