Cel by Alexbrainbox
Cel is a minimalist puzzle game.
Tap to select a cell. Which cell you select affects your valid next moves.
See the Tutorial for more in-depth information!
The Puzzle mode has a fairly robust scoring system, plus a number of "achievements" which award bonus points at the end of the game.
Not enjoying the theme too much, I have opted out of it.
The graphics and audio are CC0/attribution from other artists but I have decided to stay opted in just to gauge how people found them, rather than for any "glory-seeking". Feel free to judge accordingly.

Due to a medical condition, I have been doing the Jam one day late (sun-tues).
This will become a proper entry very soon, promise!
Then I tried the puzzle..... ;__;
Neat little game, audio suiting. Nice entry.
Nice little puzzler though, would make a good mobile game.
Did make a refreshing change from monster games tbf:)
I think may be you could have still integrated the theme somehow by adding narration or backstory to the puzzles, since this already has a kind of calm labratory vibe to it but ultimately the game is probably better for not having included any of that. May be fluffy little juicy monsters? IDK.
Anway really like the calm style of this and the infographic look that really helped me understand the game even though I'm gloriously hung over from 3 days of jamming and partying. :)
Really nice work and again I think you should think about further developing and selling this as a mobile game somehow! Let us know if you do!
However, while I was expecting much after the tutorial, I was disappointed by the puzzle mode. It was too complexe, I couldn't figure out a strategy to beat it. Each cell was changing figure after I clicked on it. I was clicking randomly with the only hope to not be stuck during my next moves.
It's a shame because this idea could lead to challenging (and beatable) puzzles.
I really liked the minimalistic art and the music was a good choice to set a relaxing mood.
Great work! I'd like to play more of it. :-)
Would have played more hand-designed puzzles but I'm not interested in being presented with a giant grid of tiles where there's too many possibilities and that will take ages to play.
But even if it's a jam entry, not using the theme is still bad.
Overall, the game passes.
Fun puzzler, but as others have mentioned, very disappointing to see the theme ignored completely.
