Really solid for a compo game in terms of scope, I always find these builder/strategy games quite impressive in that regard. So first up, well done! I noticed you have quite a few similar games, so the theme choice must have made you really happy :P
It would have been nice to have a final goal to work towards, even if it were just a simple "build the victory building for 1k gold". Also, the AI doesn't want to walk behind the upper halves of houses even if there is a walkway there and takes the slow way around, which was a little frustrating. Also, it seemed kind of arbitrary how much stuff you sell at once. Obviously more complexity in building options you have would have also been nice, since once you figure it out, it's always the same 3-4 building workflow. But again, it was already pretty good in scope for a compo game!
Always looking forward to your stuff.

It's impressive that you built everything by yourself.

I feel like the game is a bit slow to start, the characters don't move very fast and you have to wait for the resources to be produced quite a lot. But it's entertaining nonetheless!

Solid entry, but it felt like it was missing a goal. My workers were definitely not the brightest too

Impressive for a compo : I know there is a loooot of coding: the supply chain, the placing of the buildings, the food logic, the hungry logic, the money logic. I can recognize myself in this sort of coding and game. I think this is well balanced (I had one peasant that died , I din't expect that)
Also I love this pixel art.
* the smoke of the bakery is great
* the wings of the windmill also.

GG !

I noticed a tiny bug : My bakery was 7/8 full of bread. 2 carriers brought a bread at the same time, and it kept the display at 8/8 (shoulb be 9/8) but there was 9 breads displayed outside.

Little Keyboard shortcut : Escape should help quit the building construction (instead of click on "Cancel")

Great job for compo lots of system interacting is always hard - the art style is a little mixed and obviously some audio would help.

I found the UI was a little hard to read with the yellow text

but overall - kept me playing for longer than I expected - I enjoyed it! Well done

Someone didn't get any sleep :P So much content with so little time, impressive work! Usually games like these takes a lot of time and balancing them adds another timesink.
Good job!

Very nice entry. IMO missing the audio effects to be a great game, then again, it's opted out so not taken into consideration. A fairly slow start to get things moving but picks up a lot more later on.

Reminds me of the good old Settlers 1 - 4 games. 1/2 graphics combined with 3/4 logistics.

EDIT: One thing that I found: the Storehouse UI doesnt update when carriers place things in it whilst the window is open.

wowowo so complex! the bread making machine works beautifully, respect for making such an interlinked system work and with AI workers as well!!

would love to see the grid or have more visual feedback where the building will block the path as sometimes it was not 100% clear visually

i was happy setting my bread-making logistics chain, nice!

it's insane the amount of work put into this game, well done! the AI is good, and having a town full of bakers seems like a good option to me.

maybe having a visual indicator when a building is on pause? (even if, to be honest, i had to pause a building only once)

happy to give you your 20th rating! very good work, congrats!

Its a really cute relaxing game to play while listening to some music. I wish i could see how fast the things get made, like 3 bread/min or something like that. And like others said it needs a little goal or something to work towards ooooorrrrr just let us zoom out the camera and then i would definetly play it for longer trying to fill a big part of the map up making a beautiful kingdom. Oh that can be a goal, making a kingdom, like 100 workers, 1000 gold for a castle building :))... But all in all a really neat game! My little village :3

Nice to see another management game ! I liked it.
I saw on your repo you used Phaser and an overlay with Svelete to make the UI, congratulations, it's totally invisible and well themed !

Nice game. Cute graphics. Could've used more player instructions, but otherwise, very well done!
