The artwork is awesome, the music is majestic and the puns are really punny. So great job!
If i want to be picky, I kinda had the feeling that the beat of the song wasn´t aligned to the pattern I had to click. But that could be me!
Also, it would be nice to be able to save in the game, so that it remembers that you unlocked the rythm mode as well as your current highscores.
But since the jam is just three days long, thats just a small point!
It's so tidy, so clean, so polished, good job really!
The fact that you can't hit the notes a little late is brutal, but I think I got used to it and got the best ending :) I wish the columns weren't so far apart as that makes it harder to keep track of everything. Overall, a very impressive amount of work in such short amount of time.
crazy amount of polish and care for 3 days, awesome job!
(looks like I also suck at rythm games though lmao)
Unfrotunately for you, I am the avid osu! player!
Very fun game! The art, the humour, and the songs are all top notch! Good job y'all.

The included songs are catchy, the effects are on point, and the visuals & characters are great.
Using just WASD is a bit uncomfortable, so I ended up using W/A with my left hand and Up Arrow/Right Arrow with my right hand - it would be great if HJKL could also be used to further improve comfort.
A way to change scroll speed would have been great too, but fully understandable it didn't make it in, there's already so much here.
Overall probably the best game I've seen from the jam - major props to everybody on the team.
But it was also sooooooo hard :-) I tend to think that I do pretty well with rhythm games, but I got my butt kicked by this one .
One thing that I missed was a little bit more sound feedback when hitting the keys.
Thank you for the great game! (also, it works perfectly with wine)
- Small pause before using a new instrument, to let the player get ready
- The cyan flash on "Sublime"
- Beautiful palette, matching both UI and characters
- Twists and triads in the ska beats, making for a challenging final
- Nice and clever transitions in the VN elements
- Visual effects when going above 10x combo
- Note-buttons on overalls <3
Certainly the most polished jam I've played this year. So fun - and excellent ska beats @chunderfins. bandcamp follow inc.!
(FCd first stage, but couldn't beat @bobbie's score!)
pretty tough difficulty curve, the best strat at first for me was to slam all 4 keys on each note since I don't get punished for wrong notes :P even with this ultimate strat it's surprisingly difficult so I ended up just giting gud and using AS and up/right arrow keys. really fun with a mechanical keyboard. I love rhythm games and whoever did these maps knows their stuff! congrats on a solid first entry.
