Great audio and visuals, and pretty easy to pick up as well! :)

You did a really good job on art and music! Gameplay is good too, chaining orders great addition to it, though it is easy to miss a click from time to time and ruin the complete routing. I don't know if it is part of the game but it is kinda frustrating. It could be just me playung bad!
Nice job anyway, I liked it !

Thanks you all for nice comments ! :)

@horda No it's not really part of gameplay but I didn't find the time to fix that, I added the "hover effect" before the end but I think it's not enough... :/

Great work! The music is great, and I liked the gameplay mechanics. One thing I would have liked to have seen is to be able to hover over someone I'm carrying and see the list of actions for the corpse. When I was frantically trying to do everything, I'd sometimes forget what I was supposed to do with the person I just picked up. Being able to see the list of actions while I was holding them would have saved me a couple clicks. But that's an overall minor complaint in an otherwise well done compo game!

Pretty art, sweet gameplay, great music, and a neat queuing system - good job on this! At first I only got 30-50 points each run - when I started queuing up actions though, I managed to accumulate more points! 82 in the end

this game was so fun!!! it took me a practice round to understood how to play, and once i did, i got superrr into it. queue'ing up the actions and watching anubis execute them was really satisfying. it was also cool that there is a strategy to this game that you discover after a few rounds. i just wish the game was longer or that there was an endless mode because i think i could literally play this for hours, haha. great entry!! would appreciate your feedback on our game as well :)

@the3rdhunter At the beginning I put an indication at the bottom of the screen which indicated the steps of the dead which we were carrying, but I found that too confusing, so I decided to remove it, I perhaps should have kept it ^^'

@jamdong15 There was a "Zen mode" who remove the timer ! ;)

Thanks all I appreciate your comments, I will try your games and give you feedback too ;)

I didn't realize Anubis did all that work by himself!

This is a really creative interpretation of the theme and I liked that.

The gameplay was a bit too simple to be interesting for long to me, but I think it could be improved in simple ways, like maybe making it turn based and giving the corpses different score values? You only have so many beds, and each turn you'd have to decide how you're going to prioritize the corpses to get the highest score. That'd give the game a bit more thinking (it's all about clicking fast right now it seems to me).

Good work on the visuals and the music especially, it's pretty intricate for a compo game.

This is a really smooth little game and god damn the music is just perfect, getting it out this smoothly for the compo is really cool! It took me a bit to realise what I actually needed to do, but the demo mode helped (and so did the gif on this page, and the fact that there was a demo mode ingame is already impressive) and then I was busy mummifying :D

It was also nice that you could easily switch bodies with whoever was already on a station without any heroics, the controls generally just did what I expected (once I knew what to do with them at least).

Really cool :)

It's a fun game well done

The feature of queuing actions and limited number of table really force you to plan your actions
, and constantly check for corresponding signs. The empty table is a also good idea, it really helps in some tricky situations.

I feel like you could exploit the concept even more by putting more tables, but having the delay of mummification increase a little, because currently in some situations it's quicker to chain actions for a single corpse

I like the concept ! It's difficult and it's really necessary to have a certain reflexion to win.
The music and the art are nice.
Good work !

Interesting concept and nice take on the theme. The controls were sometimes a bit fiddly. Would be great if the symbols were always shown so I don't have to mouse over them all the time.

The music is ominous and fits so well!
I got the hang at it while playing, a solid learning curve there.
Good game!

great idea, i like the kind of art you went for!

it was a bit hard for me, i only achieve to get 26 points.

i was a bit surprised sometimes because i was sure i was at 2/3 actions, and it looks like it completed anyway?

nice and original entry, good work!

very nice theme and fitting audio! I like the interpretation of harvest :) I didn't really have any idea on what to do in the beginning, but I was quite excited when I finally figured it out and was trying to do everything as fast as possible. i felt like just having 1 or 2 bodies at the same time was more productive. maybe some longer procedures would be nice and a progress bar accordingly :)

At first I had a hard time figuring out what to do, but after a few seconds I got the idea and got 36 points. In the second attemp I got 58, so not that bad. The game is quite fun and satysfying. The audio stands out for a compo game. The interperation of the theme is also really fitting -- much better then all other "soul harvesting" games. Overall, a really strong entry, congratulations!

Pretty fun and a cool take on the "reaper" take of the harvesting theme. Loved the Egyptian theming too!! :D

What a perfectly sized game! I loved that the whole style made it feel like it was painted on papyrus. Perfect for the Egyptian theme! The sounds nicely filled out the game, and I think if you added a specific sound for each station, it would really perfect it!

The fact that I could chain instructions made the flow of the game excellent. I felt like I was in pure concentration mode, trying to push myself further to keep track of many tables at once. And I felt like I could have improved more and more! Here was my best after 3 runs :)
