Very fun game. It reminds me a lot of surgeon simulator. I thought some of the organ names were really clever and I really enjoy the old Newgrounds game vibes I got from playing. Some of the audio was a little hard on my ears, and there were a few times when I would damage an organ while trying to cut the connective tissue on it, (this made clearing the skull bladder objectives basically impossible), but I still had fun with it despite that. If I could make one suggestion, it'd be to prevent the player from accidentally cutting stuff beneath the skin while they're cutting open the alien. Really great work here though!

At first the controls with the tools seemed hard to understand. It reminded me of the lasso tool. Once I realized the alien's belly were made of strands, it became much clearer how I should approach this game. Organ designs were creative and fittingly "alien". Great work!

I enjoy the organ extraction process. The audio was sometimes a bit jarring, and sometimes I wasn't sure which was the organ I was after - so it took a bit of time to understand how everything worked, but once I did, it was soo satisfying actually extracting the correct organ and succeeding!

Very Fun, made me remember of the stuff I used to play on Newgrounds.
If I have to criticize something is that the sound effects are a bit too loud and a would like some better indication of what tool I have selected, still a very enjoyable game anyway

Fun! Definitely a look into what Surgeon Simulator could've been with the alien update.

Super fun, the missions do a great job of providing unique challenges and the game has a cool almost retro vibe to it, seriously great.

Fun! I love the drawn graphics and really like how the cutting the skin effect was pulled off. The randomized to-do list is really neat, too.

This kind of reminds me of Life and Death on MS Dos, if anyone remembers that. It is too easy to accidentally cut organs under connective tissue.

Fun game. Reminded me of Amateur Surgeon. The sound was a bit harsh.

This one took a while to figure out how to play even after reading the instructions, was hard to also tell between the connective tissues and the organs for a while and how to properly cut them out, after a couple more playthroughs it was pretty fun, was also hard to tell what organs we were supposed to deal with based on just the name in the list, but I liked the scuffed aesthetic and how the skin cutting worked and also the variation of objectives and restrictions.

The explosives idea seems like a good idea. It prevents players from poking here and there carelessly. I only cleared it once because I have a weak stomach, but this proves that you did a good job with the alien' organs and their sounds. Nice game!!

Really enjoyed this game! I actually liked the simple and aliased art style a lot (reminded me of mid-2000s flash games), and the feeling of having to operate delicately came across very well.
