Those dang skull fish! :tasha:
Tryharded clicking fish to rig your stream spinwheel. I'm gonna have nightmare of extraneous-fin fishes all week now... 😂

Simple game, highscore mode, did it for me. You had me at the headless fish lol. Music got a bit repetitive but idc, thanks for the submission, will grind highscore later!
A catchy game with a great name and great humour.
Had a great time failing at my job, would recommend 10/10...
Awesome work!
Was a fun little game, it switched from peace to stress without me realizing until it was too late lol
The leaderboard addition was really nice.
The violent stab animation was 10/10.
I played on an ultra-widescreen and it had weird bars on the side that did the same effect when you clip out of bounds. Not taking any points for that just wanted to toss it out there so you are aware for future projects.

Great music, sound, and visuals. Nicely done across the board!
Love the audio! And a few of those fish designs are certainly interesting...
Superb work on the music and sound effects btw. I can't have been the only one tapping the melody of All of Me inbetween stabbing fish.
Fun game overall. I'm a big fan of the subsection of fishing-themed games all over this jam, and this one is definitely high quality. The leaderboard is a great addition.
Music & sound are cool :-)
Trying to recognize patterns under that patronizing voice is sure unique experience.
I really like the idea to keep in mind more and more objectives and combine that with reactions
P.S.: so much thanks for your walk through "Hoblo the harvester"))
Now I know what must be improved on my level ;)
The voice lines were unexpected and very funny! Art is simple but well done.
The fish feels your fear... the fish feels your indecision! Just hit!!! No, man! Look at around! She's behind you! Noooooo! I don't want to die! *Sounds of slurping*
This is a great game idea and implementation! Meditation and training wuth the mocking soundtrack: Eye! Head! Scales! Stain! The fin!
Hit hit hit! "Dude, you were called to help and not to miss the fish! Hurry up, useless snail!". This is really cool! Thanks for the voiceover!
It's a lot of fun! And the results table makes you linger until the goal is reached! Bravo!
Greetings from the Goose Team and Tricky-fat-cat!
I have give nicknames for each fish so I can find them:)
Overall a very fun game that starts out fairly easy but quickly spirals out of control as more and more fish get thrown onto the pile of things that you have to remember. Music compliments the game really well and the fact each fish has a different main thing that differentiates it (hue, mouth, gills, etc.) makes the gameplay of spotting the different fish not get old. Definitely gives the feeling of continually wanting to play one more round so you can try to get to the top of the leaderboard. Well done :)
edit - forgot to mention but the voice acting is also great and also compliments the vibes of the game really well
Thanks for letting me play this!
Here's the VOD, split into chapters so you should be able to find your section!

nice
I'm guessing shrekfish is not tasty.
EDIT 1/25/2023: Back in the the 10, baybeeeeeeeeee
The menu has a great design and i love that you have a scoreboard!
Bonus points for volume control
Edit: Best I could do was about 58. By the end, I swear I was clicking on the right fish but losing hearts anyway D: now I'm questioning what you meant on stream about "a fish game with paranoia" ...you wouldn't be playing tricks, would YOU?

I have NO word about this game! Good job and well done!
uhmm- FISH!!
Really fun music and VO stuff too :)
Here’s the start of your game if you wanted to re-watch initial thoughts youtu.be/qbBq_nBKk5k?t=6087
Great game, I'm coming for the high score soon!
I love the variety of fish and how they are the same between playthroughs, giving it an interesting kind of skill progression that you don't see that often.
The one thing I noticed that drags the game down somewhat is that the order in which fish responds to clicks is not necessarily the visual order, making it easy to click on the correct fish but have the game think you clicked on the wrong one.
Definitely one I'll be coming back to!
➕great sounds, music and graphics
➕funny voice lines
➖i'm not a fan of "no-win-just-score" games
As I mentioned earlier, I would love to see which fish you missed in the end, or maybe an overview of the good and bad fish (in the menu) so you can spend a bit of time looking at them before playing
it was fun though, it's funny how much far you can push such a simple mechanic. I can only imagine your reaction when you were making those fish sprites and made that shrek looking thing
