love the atmosphere of the game and music!

the blurryness was kind of messing with my eyes a bit. when i planted the seed in the dirt the red monster thing came up and ate it, and i was left with no seeds to plant, made it all the way to the top to see the basket, and no where to get new seeds. unless i missed something.

The atmosphere is great, along with the effects when the monster shows up.
But the game feels like a very long task, the only way I got around protecting a seed long enough was planting only two of them at a time, saving one from the monster and then harvesting the other.

Gloomy indeed, the atmosphere was very grim - well done on that! It was a bit confusing as to how you're supposed to plant seeds, but also keep exploring, but also harvest. It took a few restarts to get the hang of it and avoid the monster. Great effort nonetheless!
