Really good looking game with a nice mechanic. I really liked balancing the defending yourself/tending the garden tradeoff, it made the game quite hectic but never in a non-fun stressful way.

I always died quite quick, but that may have just been me being bad at the game.

Also as a note: users on a QWERTZ keyboard have to break off one finger to hit Z to water, so maybe it would be good to add a secondary keybind :sweat_smile:

this is really good!! lovely art as usual, really nice gameplay. i loved having to balance watering and attacking, makes for some hectic moment-to-moment gameplay. dialog is funny too, amazing you fit all that in 72 hours!!

At first I thought the blood is coming from the character's hand 😐️

But then I realized it's zombie blood 😶

What a crazy concept that works insanely well, holy hell.

Good concept. I think it's slightly too easy to take damage while using the sickle to attack, but I like having to juggle all of the different gameplay elements here.

Really cool, i feel like it's a bit hard to control though, especially pouring of the blood, i think the circle should be bigger and maybe in the center of where the player stands


The game looks really good and it was a lot of fun. The boss was really well made. It's not often that ld games are fun until the end.

It took me too long to understand the red bar wasn't a life bar. But after that it was a blast.

Sweet and short game. The field feels a bit small as died twice because of watering on the edge and a zombie spawning on top of me. Giving them one or two more rows outside of the field would prevent that.

This game was awesome to play! The mechanics felt really nice to play and even opens up strategies for the player to use. The combination of the visuals with the audio made it a very pleasant experience, and the story was a very nice touch to the game too!

Very solid game with a good game loop! The graphics served the game well and the music was nice how it kicks in after you kill one enemy. It was a bit hard to see where to water your crops sometimes though, but other than that, nice!

This game was amazing! I enjoyed the gameplay very much and I think it fits very well with the theme. The last level was great as well. Overall great stuff!
