Description:
Harrr'vest is a short adventure game where you play Captain Patrick, a pirate whose aim is to harvest a legendary fruit. This fruit can only be obtained on one specific island and only under certain conditions. To find this island and the right conditions, you have to visit different islands, obtain clues or resources, and train the crew. Are you ready to harvest the legendary fruit and obtain its magical power?
How to play:
- Select the number of players
- Choose a scenario. (So far, only one scenario selectable.)
- With each turn, choose what you want to do this day: Sail: A compass will show where you can decide on which direction to sail to. Train: Choose this to get a new crew member. Attack: This can be done when arrived at one of the island. A minigame will open. If you win the game, you have harvseted the local fruit of this island.
- Collect all the different fruits from the islands. Note: Be quick before your fruit expires! After one day, you will loose one fruit in your inventory.
- Sail to the secret island to grow and harvest the legendary fruit.

I guess you should play it with more than one player. Alone there is really nothing interesting here. A minigame for training could help, or a fighting mechanic that isn't just random guessing.

Nice idea, but there is something lacking in the gameplay. I got lost at the beginning and couldn't finish the game. The art although simple has its charm.

this is a really cute idea! it has so much potential, especailly if i played with more players, oops. i found navigation hard since i had to scroll using a trackpad, but it's a neat idea and rather innovative mechanic.

This game seemed like a great base for a board game! I know the time constraint is tight, but having a basic NPC that makes a random move each turn and trying to compete to growing x magic fruit would have made the experience worth playing alone.

It's kinda like a board game. I like the fighting that's like investing crewmates vs tries at the game. Cool idea

Thanks for sharing this - interesting idea, with some unusual quirks like the scroll wheel navigation which was novel. I think with some expansion it could be a nice turn based game - it's currently a little barebones. But still, fun to check out!

Im a bit lost on what i need to do... I got both seeds in my inventory and when i arrived at the magical island i couldnt plant them? It does seem like an interesting premise for a boardgame or a multiplayer game like others said tho or for a basic AI to play against :)).

I like the graphics and one detail I think is cool is using the scrollwheel to set direction! I also think it feels like a board game.
