I managed to survive quite some time but couldn't fully understand how to destroy correctly the corrupted plants.
Nice graphics!

this was actually way more enjoyable than I expected it to be, but the only thing I suggest if you do update this is that there should be tooltips for each of the plants stating their abilities

the most enjoyable thing about this is probably the pacing, graphics, and sound of the game which combine to make it seem quite polished

I was unable to keep up with the corrupted plants but had fun trying. Their continual spread added to the tension of the game in a good way that forced me to be quick what I chose to grow. Thus far, this is one of the most-complete and interesting traditional 'harvest' games I've played. Nice job.

cool game! the loop is entertaining, the art is simple but effective, and harvesting a huge block is very satisfying (if not a very good idea, sometimes!)

there doesn't seem to be very many offensive options that help the player keep up with the corrupted plants, but maybe I just need to play more and develop a meta :) awesome work!

Wow, that was extremely fun and very hard. The music felt exaggerated at first but as soon as the tiles filled up it matched exactly how I was feeling. My only criticism is that it's too hard to put down plants - I wish when you pressed a # it would let you place plants down where you click so you could spam plants, rather than having to click the tile then press the #. Great job!

Really fun, I really liked trying things out to figure out the best strategy. Would be cool to see different configurations or restrictions on more kinds of plants.

Love the aesthetic and unleashing a horde of carnivorous plants was entertaining.

Cool game! It was hard for me to keep up with plants, but I had fun! Great entry, fits the theme well. Pixel plants are stylish :)

Loved the little wiggling plants and the other visuals. I really enjoyed my time with this. I'd love a few scenarios, like rocky terrain blocking some plants growth but letting others grow, or water blocking certain tiles. I liked how much it did with so little. Also the right click function was a really nice feature.

Really cool little game. It took me a few minutes to figure out what each thing did, but it was cool to discover, and the art helped me! I found the game a bit easy to beat. I echo the desire for more scenarios. Of course - jam - right. But a difficulty thing modifying the "aggressiveness" of the AI, or even just their tick rate might have been cook. Anyway, fun game! Love the black-and-bright style, very old school.

This is great fun!
On my third attempt I figured out how to win (just use clover and weed eater only), and because there is only one level, that's where the game ended for me, since a single strategy always works.

Very nice concept, after tired few times, finally I beat this game.
At first, it's hard to understand where to start, but that's ok, just a few new run, I understand how these types of plant works.
Music and pixel-art are also great, 4/5

Interesting! In my first round I was very confused and tried to stay away from the evil plants. After a while it was nearly impossible to control them - in my second round I won after 20 seconds :D I imagine that a PvP version would be fun (as said before)
I like the graphics - has some arcade vibes :)

Nice job! I got my ass kicked pretty hard the first few times but once I got the hang of the loop my luck improved. I like the variety in plants and the risk/reward of wanting to harvest before they're corrupted but wanting to leave the crops there so they spread.

I had a lot of trouble understanding what each plant was doing at first and then once understood the strategy is revealed
