It seems like it needs a bit more of a tutorial, I only really fully understood it coming back to look at the images on the LD page. Other than that, great job! Keep it up, I like seeing games like this!
tnak you gys for the feedback, those words are really means a lot for me,,,
I am glad you likc this game :) I will try your games soon
Gearing up for this strategy seems like it could be heavily RNG dependant, except for the fact that you seem to be able to infinitely reroll the battle rewards, which instead makes it trivial.
It's a cool idea with some legs, but I think it needs a wider variety of card effects or ways to combine them. And the punishment for not playing every card in your deck(Where you almost skip turns until you can get rid of your remaining cards.) could maybe be lessened.
You can run out of cards pretty quickly though, which makes it really hard if you compare to the cards being played by the enemy.
I also managed to find a bug where some panels are overlapping the game area, please see the screenshot

The lack of audio was a *serious* detriment to the experience, though...

*However*, I dig the concept as one of the 3 people who played Pocket Card Jockey and wish we had more "classic card game, but..." games.
But I really liked it, I could see some potential in expanding this! :)
My last try was ended by this bug:

That happend right after I got the cards reshuffled
It wasn't clear to me how much the basic block cards did in the beginning, so I had a hard time blocking enough damage. I tried to replay it after I died, but a giant stack of cards of mine went missing when I tried to put it on one of the empty solitaire spots. Then I couldn't put any of my cards on the empty spots, so I gave up.
I would have loved a map feature to see what's coming up and how many levels there are. Is it infinite, or can you win this game? :)
