Greetings!
Tavuk is a top down shooter game where we have to protect our field from invading chickens This game was made in 72 hours with Harvest theme for Ludum Dare 52 hosted by Ludum Dare

Gameplay & Controls
Your main goal in the game is to grow wheat in your fields. You can sow your seeds in your field after selecting the seed sac by using the mouse wheel.

While you are growing your wheat, there will be chickens who want to attack your wheats. You can shoot them away with your water gun.

Great idea and execution, the game forces the player to multitask and take risks at points to achieve a high score while simultaneously being a very chill experience. You as the player control the difficulty with your playstyle which is quite unique. A time limit would be a good addition to keep the player from playing too safe, but I figure it would take away from the chill atmosphere off the game. Good use of the theme and nice visuals too. Solid entry overall, nice work :]

It helped me kill about 15 minutes which means the game provides more than enough.

Very fun game! It gets really difficult after a while. I scrolled the mouse wheel like a mad man trying to manage my tools, chasing away those pesky chicken. Had a lot of fun playing.

It's a solid game but I found the scroll to select too imprecise for the speed required.

I found this game difficult by his concept it's okay. The multitasking is good. The scroll is really too much for me :c

Neat art style and music! If you add more features later, I'd love the option to select tools with 1-5 keys instead of the mousewheel. The chicken sprites are great, haha. Chasing the chickens off reminds me a bit of Link to the Past with the chicken swarms; I kept expecting imminent retribution :P Nice job finishing the jam, you guys!

Good game! The game was quite tense as you had to rush back and forth to water enough plants.

I liked the music, but since the game was so hectic it felt a little out of place? as the music is very calming, while I was stressing about my seeds being stolen 😂.

Other then that, maybe adding a goal, or a game over rule would add a lot of engagement, as there is no real reason to plant more than 1 field and focus on that.

Nicely polished and fun to play!

Instructions not clear, instead of making bread i made some KFC... Also about the music, that LoFi girl better watch out! :D.

The illustrations are very cute and the background music is enjoyable! :) The game as a whole is interesting, but I struggled a bit with choosing the right tools with the mouse wheel.

Nice game. Love the relaxing sound, even though it does not really work with the hectic gameplay, lol! Those damn chickens are just too fast and I never manage to pull out my water pistol in time. Also the collision boxes of the player is a bit too large I think.

Other than that, good job.

12 wheat, 93 chicken! Nice little game loop on this one! Swapping between the tools with the mouse wheel was challenging at first, but easier once you got into the flow! Great job on this
