A game about harvesting blood from people! Play as a vampire, strike from the shadows and drink your prey's blood. Drink as much blood as you can and get to the exit safe, without being caught by guards

Controls: - WASD - movement - QE - rotate camera - Space - attack - Left Shift - run (makes a lot of noise) - Left Ctrl or C - crouch (to move silently)

Exit will be available when you finish level goals

Changelog: - Fix npc navigation by a bit - Uploaded WebGL build - Added C hotkey for crouch in WebGL version

Really nice art style. I like the idea of scouting an area and then returning at night. Perhaps on a later version we could do stuff in the day that makes a difference at night? Break lights, create traps, etc

It may be a resolution issue, but I was only able to click on "Settings" and "Credits" but not "Play," so unfortunately was not able to try it.

Liked the overall theme and idea, however the guards were broken as they were stucking in one place and I could easily suck the blood from them, making the game too easy.

I really liked the idea and the day/night cycle, it's a shame that the guards were a bit broken.

It's nice to see a stealth game made for a game jam. However, I was able to harvest blood from 7 people, but the quest tracker said that I only got 3/4. The enemy AI is broken. Sometimes they sprint in place, and sometimes the last enemy left on the map sprints away from you outside of the level bounds.

the game has potential, the poly graphic for game is amazing. main issue for the game for me is that the npc get stuck and tries to run away but stay in one spots. the game only has one level but of course, its understandable since you did your best within time limit. character design and environment design was impressive. well done!

It's indeed rare to see stealth games in jams, congrats! A bit of explaining that guards and civilians are differentiated by the colour of their light would help I think.
After fulfilling the objective, I got to a green circle which I assumed was the exit, but hitting F didn't trigger anything.

Great level design, really liked the look overall. Houses also really reminded me of the NL. A bit too much time maybe during the night. After sucking all the humans dry, not much left to do :smile:

Just heads up, the HTML version lacks sound and pressing CTRL+trying to move just starts pressing random browser shortcuts. :smile:

Took me while to realize whats going on, but when I got it, I had some fun with it.

Fun stealth game.

Nice idea. Wandering around in the day seems to not be all that useful since you teleport back to the start when night falls. Also ctrl is a poor choice for crouch for a web build since ctrl+w closes the tab.

Nice, reminded me of Werewolves of London for Commodore 64, there is a shortage of such games. I can see you didn't have enough time to achieve most of the vision so that's sad as I was into the game's premise. And losing so easily by just being spotted by guards made me feel more like a shoplifter than a vampire, but still it was indeed fun stalking around for a while.

Nice game, from what i see the WebGL version is kinda scuffed, i run on linux so i am unable to play the desktop build sadly, i would recommend to implement UI scaling, so that it can work well for diffrent screen sizes, also i feel like some in game gameplay explanation would be nice, it's kinda confusing what the day phase is for example, and tbh it's kinda annoying when you go to kill a guard and just lose, i think having to kill them before they notify others would work way better, the music was nice, and i like the character models aswell

Nice game, I especially liked the stealth aspect. However, I had problems with the Ctrl key, especially Ctrl+W closes the tab for me. But it was nevertheless fun, good job!

Really impressive that you developed AI systems within the time since that's definitely a taxing process, even with a team! As others have said the AI can use tweaking, but that comes with testing and time.

It could be cool for the day sequence to be more about avoiding the sun, essentially being hunted by the sky and needing to move to shadows until it's safe to come out at night and start the hunt. Could make for a good push and pull.

The amount and style of artwork produced is impressive and the gameplay is fun, i agree perhaps there should be something to do in the daytime? Or just remove it and get straight into the nighttime

@deprecat yeah, it is a cool idea!

@noeloskar @sam-cousins It was intended that the day time is a preparation phase, when you can scout the level, find keys from some gates or doors, etc. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to implement all of this :/

Nice art and music. Would have liked some guard sounds as reactions, but such a tight schedule makes that hard. A little lackluster on the actual gameplay.

Really cool ideas. The thing is, even with a team you have to keep the scope very narrow and you can tell that you guys had a lot of ideas that you didnt have time for but also didnt really cut out, like the day part.
I really like the art and sound, you were able to create the perfect vibe for this game and stealth games are super hard to do well, especially in 3D. I applaud your ambition and I still had fun playing this, you can be proud of your entry.

Solid foundation, awesome 3d models! I have not played many games like this but it was fun to figure out what you could get away with (how close to guards you could walk/run) and how you could escape even though the guards were alerted.
