Cool soundtrack and smooth melee control! I really like the part that I can punch these ninjas mid-air to prevent them from damaging my pickles, which makes the game more strategic. The small mechanic that the character steps forward when she attacks is also great. These details make the combat smooth and polished.
Nice entry!
Good job, go pickles!
Anyway, I recorded myself playing to provide extra feedback. Here you go:

Some feedback/questions I've got:
- right now you made it impossible to fall off the truck, that could have been a nice additional hazard
- the soundeffect for damaging the truck sounds very realistic, how did you make that?
:
✔️ Intuitive gameplay.
✔️ Pickles.
➖ Got a bit boring after a while - maybe increase the difficulty?
⭐ Overall: PICKLESS!!!!!!!
- Yeah, I was actually in the process of making a much harder difficulty mode, with a faster enemy increase curve and letting you fall off of the truck, but ran out of time. Based off of what I've read, that frankly should've been the normal mode, the difficulty curve is a little slow and the challenge could def be upped.
- I found an old heavy DVD player sitting around, so I took a microphone, hit record and started hitting / throwing things at it and mixed, matched and modified the results.
Solid entry for a compo game, well done.
Really solid entry, well done!
