Wasabi Whiskers by Beebo Studios

Story
Sensei Hirune takes you, a fledgling cook/engineer under his paw and teaches you the art of traditional japanese cuisine. Here you will serve hungry customers and solve devious puzzles.
Controls
Leftclick : place conveyor belts, advance text
Rightclick: remove placed conveyor tiles
To place a new piece of conveyor belt, find an open end (marked by a blue circle in front), click and drag to an empty place. You can also connect the conveyor to existing pieces by dragging it into them. You can only place pieces inside the marked area.
To remove a piece, click right. You can only remove pieces you placed yourself. Sometimes a bug occurs where a piece does not revert to its original direction, restart the level in this case.
How to play
There are instructions in-game.
Anyway: there is a button to start the conveyor belts. Click it and the plates start to move. If a plate is in front of a pot, an ingredient will be added. Take note of the recipes on the left side of the screen! Don't experiment, the customers want to eat EXACTLY what they ordered.
More instrutions might follow. I'm very tired. Sorry.

oh the sounds are soo good
It took me a loong while to figure it out, its like factory + overcooked
This game honestly has potential, but it's very laggy in the browser :/
Anyway, great game, absolutely love it!
Varying conveyor belt length to account for dish order is very challenging and very nice.
I think you put a lot of work in to make the conveyor appear as you drag it. But, it's a bit laggy for me. I think maybe a simple brick-laying-style approach could work too since it doesn't have to be very responsive. Could just be my reference though.
Great work!
I encountered some bugs (even in the downloadable version) when the conveyor became unresponsive and impossible to extend/connect further. Resetting the level helped every time.
Awesome job on the game.
Love the art style of this game, and the sound cracked me open. Great game jam entry ^^
Really enjoyable game and level design!
All the same, I appreciate the level of effort and polish on display. Also, I'm a sucker for sushi, cats, and conveyor puzzles, so that's a whole trifecta of my interests on display here!
I did run into a game breaking bug on level 9 where some of the conveyors stopped being editable. It could have done with a clear button to reset fully reset the level back to its initial state.
A couple of the levels had stations on the top row against the wall which made them harder to spot.
On level seven, the diners do not appear to be asking for wasabi, bit it is required.
I appreciated the speed up option.
We are currently working on v2.0 and already added more floor-space in the top and fixed the wasabi not showing in Course 7. Hopefully we can release these and other improvements and loads of new levels within the end of next week!
We continue to appreciate your feedback and ideas for our game!
Stay tunad! :fish:
Overall, one of the best entries in a game jam I've seen, terrific job!
