GameTitle.png Welcome to APOCATRUCKS a thrilling tower defense game set in a post-apocalyptic world. In this game, the world as we know it has been destroyed, and you must protect your bunkers and towns from waves of bio enhanced raiders and mutated creatures by strategically delivering supplies to towers and supplying your troops with ammo and food.

As you progress through the game's onslaught, you'll face increasingly difficult challenges. You'll need to protect your base from raiders who want to steal your towns, and mutated creatures who have become hostile due to the catastrophic event. You'll need to manage your trucks carefully, balancing the need for ammunition and food to ensure your troops are well-fed and well-equipped.

In this game, the choices you make can have a significant impact on the outcome of your playthrough. You'll need to decide where to send your trucks to your towers and which towers to deliver your supplies to which will defend your towns.

Really nice take on the theme! in the end there were just too many enemies but it was fun!

Really cool idea! The artstyle could use a little more clarity, as it was pretty tough to tell what was going on, but overall, really neat game!

It as a cool idea and a nice variation on the tower defence genre. The artwork is a bit "grayish" tho. Also, on an "AZERTY" keyboard it is very hard to control.

A very decent mix of a tower defense and a clicking game. Well done!

Pretty interesting, I laughed when I sent all the cars and that sound played. Graphics are okay, like the enemies but the background image looks like a million tiny trees. Game becomes impossible after a while. Good job.

I liked the concept of the game a lot, I was also thinking maybe a battle logistic game would be an interesting one. Its actually comes super cool with the tower defense mechanics - can work perfectly together. Having said that I found the mechanics a bit too simple, so the different kind of cars or like building up a delivery strategy somehow better would have been more exciting. Also felt a bit unfair to the player in the end the hoard of monsters :) Great job overall, congrats.

Fun idea! My best score so far is 27,960. This is almost like Vampire Survivors combined with Foxhole. I think you could do a lot with this formula after the jam. It might be interesting to add some automation or at least queue up future routes for each truck, so you can focus on managing other parts of your base and supply lines instead of needing to reassign them every few seconds. I think you could get a lot of interesting gameplay out of this by adding more resource types, maybe different types of trucks (like a gunner patrol or an engineer crew), and maybe setting up roads (and defenses along each) that can increase the travel speed of any trucks on that route.
