Incredible background quality.
Music is cool asweel, and in the theme of the game.
Don't know if it is intended but in the last sequence you can easily be stuck in a room if you don't go directly to the exit, which is a bit fustrating.
@tinykidtoo thank you for the feedback! I may put the girl to walk only when stop reading in the next update.
would die again
It already took me some time in the first room to understand you could use the stairs. Making the elements you can interact with stand out a bit more by adding thicker lines or something similar would have helped me I think
It;s not my type of games but it's cool!
I love final scene with this scary girl. I really felt my self in danger
It was fun experience! Great job^^
If there is a UI tip show up when I can interact with something would be better.
Music & graphics altogether are sooo spooky 👻
Missed a way to return to the main menu to see memo information controls again (I did not read about running and blame me dying on it :))
And when I wanted to printscreen "you died" face, it disappeared too soon
We also made a spooky quest game, totally different vibe from yours, interested what you'd say!
Edit: I forgot I could run! ahhh-
I recorded myself playing to provide as much feedback as possible. I hope you enjoy my dumb commentary!

The music was atmospheric and matched the game well, though.
+ It would be nice to have intractable objects highlighted, I was just running around spamming e.
+ I got the key, and maybe I didn't understand but it seemed to imply "leave or continue" and then the girl spawned and killed me.
Nice choice of music, some more unexplained random SFX might have added to the creepy mood ( Especially, footstep sounds : they increase the feeling of loneliness and isolation)
All like @ellaris here: walk speed, spamming the E key, and dying without really understanding why.
A little bit too unforgiving, maybe?
(BTW incidently, I made a similar game for t he compo! ( but with very different technological choices :D ) if you like exploring hand-drawn creepy houses, you might want to give it a try!)
Kudos for the creepy-little-girl flashing animation, this is spot-on !
But I was quickly used to see her, so I could finish the game. Good job, that was a good experience!
@ace17 i'll definitely play your game soon! Thank you!
I liked the visuals, although there could be a hint as to which places are interactable. I spent some time walking around in the first room wondering where to go, it wasn't very clear that I should go into the stairs, maybe if there wasn't furniture in front of it.
The audio helps on setting the mood of the game. It really feels eerie, and the short glimpses of the ghost are cool.
The gameplay works but I felt running was a bit too slow, didn't really feel like running from a ghost. The bad ending could be a bit more... gloomy or scary I guess, it lacks the impact of an evil entity.
Congratulations on setting a nice atmosphere!
Also, I laughed at the portuguese text on the good ending. Foi bem inesperado.
"opting out of the Graphics or Audio categories if yours isn’t original."
I am not sure whether your audio is original, but I see you credited another creator for the background assets (only visible on itch), which make up a lot of the game's overall feeling, final product and feedback you're receiving. I personally felt fooled when I realized it, and many people seem to assume that all assets are yours judging from the feedback, so I would advise you to opt-out of the categories in this case.
Otherwise nice entry, definitely felt creepy!
It did a good job in such a short development time, but I didn't understand the relationship to the theme.
Congratulations!
