Voice acting?! In a jam game!? Now this I've gotta see!

EDIT: Holy cow this thing is great! I don't think I've seen a surreal piece like this in LDJam 53 yet! The attention to detail in this game is phenomenal, from the sound design to the art assets and everything else I actually want to go back to explore this world again!

The vibe this game brings felt exactly like it should have. Cyclopean architecture, weird characters, everything was just :two_hearts:

The only critique I have is that using some additional textures might have been helpful -- the tiles tended to become repetitive over time.

10/10 would roleplay a creepily supple paperboy again.

FYI: I played this on a Macbook via a Windows Emulator (CrossOver) and everything ran perfectly.

I'm a simple man, I see "Lovecraftian" I click download.

Seriously now, it exceeded my expectation. The atmosphere was tremendous, the voice acting was seriously professional and the environment was truly lovecraftian. So spooky and weird, out of shape, simply out of this world!

Definitely one of my favorites now!

I also jumped to download because of the words "Lovecraftian" and "voice acting". :D
Art is okay as well. I didn't notice the double jump for like 10 minutes and the game was HARD.
I like platforming and jumping around, I didn't even need the objectives to have fun. xD
The movement was very nice. The map is pretty big, it took me some time to find the golden paper, idk if there are more but I missed them.
I got ending A.
Good entry overall, the music didn't play for me for some reason, but the wind was nice actually, it gave a sense of speed.
Good job!

Movement feels like I'm ice-skating all the time :v_tone1: It's both superb and infuriating  I can't even count haw many times I fell down of paths with that great "wooooosh" sound.

The atmosphere is awesome and, for me, it's the best part. The sparse lighting, the newspaper-cutout interactables, the minimal soundscape - superb.

You put a lot of polish on this one and it shows. Cool, mysterious and haaaard game. Great job.

Beautiful atmosphere. I have played through the game.
Somehow the game kept stuttering slightly for me, which I found very annoying.
My graphics card is a Geforce 1660 TI.
