In this society you gotta work to get by, no matter the species, even a raptor, so you got a part-time job delivering packages from space in a van. They're not picky on how, so just throw them into the atmosphere. But the local solar system seems to be hostile, and so does your boss, so MOVE FAST.

Deliver packages from space, or just use them to fuel your afterburners for a quick boost, or even as artillery to fend off space pirates.

Controls: * WSAD for horizontal movement * Shift/Space for down/up movement * E to burn a package to boost * Right-click to aim a package, then left-click to throw

Credits: * Programmed by Herchey and TomatoLamp * Art by TomatoLamp * SFX by Herchey * Music by GibberingTaylor

I was a bit confused to being with, I was driving in and out of the purple circle and then I found the button to pop a dinosaur out the sun roof and everything was great. Those damn pirates got me in the end though. I found the controls a bit tricky, especially when boosting, maybe doing the yaw as well as pitch with the mouse might have made it a bit easier.

Good effort though, loved the dino.

Took me some time to get used to navigating between the planets, but honestly it's a really cool game! Nice idea and design, and the music really gives a cool vibe to it all. Would play again!

This game has been one of the highlights so far. The Dino Courier was just cute.
Liked names of the planets. My favorite is "Drop Tables" planet. Of course I also had fun delivering packages to the sun :D

The graphics and music are good but why the shift and space key for up and down? Maybe just the mouse to navigate and the buttons for delivery.

I felt the camera was a bit sluggish and the navigation between drop offs had me lost. Once I got it down, this game was super fun and really creative!

Very nice game. The whole package fits really well together. And the music is just amazing.

That you can steer left and right with the mouse but not up and down threw me off a bit. I always tried to steer up with the mouse first just to realize it doesn't work and then pressed the button.

Cool game! The art and audio are really well done, and the controls were good (though I think the camera could be a bit more sensitive). I think it'd be cool if you could hit the space pirates with the packages to make them go away (I tried a few times and couldn't hit them, so maybe I'm just terrible at aiming)

Really fun game, love the idea that the going faster drops packages. Found it quite hard, spent a lot of the time rotating around the planet to find the delivery point! The music and little text pop ups are great and make it feel frantic and fun!

Thanks for playing everyone! We've been busy but I'm taking some time to work through and rate all of your submissions.

Notes:
-Packages can destroy the pirates but they're a bit hard to aim at properly.

-I think the camera speed is going to vary wonkily depending on your mouse DPI and screen resolution. (Unfortunately I didn't have enough time to plug sensitivity into the menus)

Haha that's a really fun game. I really like the assets for the game. I didn't get why it's called Jurassic Part-Timer, but when I noticed the dinosaur getting out of the car to throw the packages it all clicked.

I think it looks great, but either the core loop or the physics of the game could be improved upon. I think you could keep the movement as peculiar as it is, but then maybe making the delivery itself be a bit more apologetic, for example through an economy or just having a bit more time. In the current state it's just a tad too difficult. Another thought I had, that it can stay as difficult and frantic as it is, but then have a pointer. That would make it a bit more predictable but fun to play, as there's not much time and space pirates all around anyway.

The music is really hype and matches the energy of the game. But I also think it might get a bit annoying after a while, as it's a short loop, and there are some bassy synths that are heavy on my ears. But maybe that's just me.

Other than that, a very fun game! Great job!

Nice job, control feels good, but the choice of keys is strange for me.

The music is good. The controls are very strange. There is no way to control movement while aiming. There is no possibility to change the direction of movement up and down, which is clearly not enough in 3d space. The idea is interesting. Thank you for this experience.

I loved the difficult to master controls. Like others said, the camera control are a bit slow. Music is great, graphics are very nice. Loved the lighthearted/funny theme, Overall a very good experience. Good job!
