UPDATED GAME: http://ludum.daretogame.net/stabby-latest (original is still in the links)
In "Dr. Stabby Delivers the Cure," you play as Dr. Stabby, a scientist who has developed a cure for the zombie outbreak. The cure requires the zombies to be stabbed with a special syringe, and you're the only one who can deliver it.
You find yourself in an arena surrounded by hordes of zombies. Your goal is to "cure" as many zombies as possible. But be careful - the zombies will try to swarm you, and if they overwhelm you, it's game over.
To move Dr Stabby, use "A" and "D" to move left and right. To jump, use space bar. To attack right, face right and left click your mouse. Similar for left. To attack up, press "W". To attack down, press "S".
Can you help Dr. Stabby deliver the cure and save humanity from the zombie outbreak? The fate of the world is in your hands in "Dr. Stabby Delivers the Cure."

I think it'd be nice if there was some kind of indication of progress being made. Like cure X zombies or something so I have something to aim for.
I liked how sometimes the monsters were stacked on top of one another with their silly animations. Since there's some knockback every time Dr. Stabby runs into a monster, I thought at first he was kicking them away and didn't realize that he was also losing health when that happened. Hey, but maybe kicking is a legitimate strategy...
I agree with Francis about having a goal. Increasing difficulty over time could be another way to increase engagement as well. Great to see you're still game jamming!
You guys made a game in 72h and that's definitely an achievement, good job.
