game is fun and deliver team mate is a cool idea.
@recursor @torte478 @nekowei Thanks for playing!
@kylethecoder Glad you liked it!
I think there's a paradox that the simplest games are the most enjoyable. And this game is the proof. Maybe it's just a simple shooter, but I spent a lot of time replaying levels, dying and restarting over and over to find best strategies for each of weapons I could use.
@bqq I appreciate your feedback!
@zeantwan Thanks for your time! This is good feedback, now I realize that the reload bar is quite small and it doesn't stand out enough. Also, I probably didn't add enough ammo in each weapon.
@kosmik123 Haha! No I didn't intend for the enemies to be anything specific but that works! Really cool that you played for so long! Thanks for your time!
@dexort Thank you for the kind words! I will do that!
@deadlycupcake Thanks for your time!
@oter Thank you for playing! I would have added some more cover but your allies would have gotten stuck much more often due to their stupidity. :sweat_smile: Also, good feedback on the UI, good to know.
@firespike33 There actually is an ending! It is probably a bit too long but there are 11 levels. The first 5 are set in the desert while the last 6 are on the beach. The enemies progressively get smarter and more numerous. I probably should have made it clearer or added the smarter enemies earlier so everyone can experience them since I do think they are pretty fun! Thanks for playing!
@brandon-campbell I appreciate your feedback! There does need to be something to switch up the gameplay every once and a while. Pretty much the only replayability is to be more careful since there is no health regen or to try out a different weapon (though you can also pick up weapons that your allies drop).
Health regeneration:
I probably should have made it to where you regenerate all of your health when you complete a level so that people can play all the way through.
Reloading:
I thought about adding a reload button but I decided to leave it out for some reason. I thought maybe it would add another dimension to the game, and leaving out the having to continuously smash the reload button didn't seem fun. But I do think that it may be a good edition.
im unable to rate the game this time but im sure you will get good ratings :)
@gonzo13 Thanks for playing!
@firespike33 Oh! I suppose there must be an issue there, I did add an ending screen. Perhaps there was an error of some sort, I'll check it out. Thanks for letting me know.
@ruddiculous That's a good idea, to have deliveries during combat would make for interesting interactions. And I like the idea of being able to choose what gets delivered to you. Yes the sounds were all mouth recordings. :smiley:
Easy controls and nice graphics; great use of SFX for weapons.
I'm kind undecided about the allies: at first it's great have some help in the battlefield but they kill the enemies so fast that I felt the game was playing itself. Also, they need some IA adjust since they constantly kept stuck in the wall.
Overall, a good entry! Good job!
Great concept of getting friends in crates to help you. The feeling of running around in a gang of eight was great :smile:
