Ambitious game for a jam! Story games are tough but yours was at least compelling enough that I played to the end. Some of the delivery of the audio lines definitely made me laugh. And impressive work drawing out the entire background of the world as the stork flew along! I would work on mixing your audio a bit, some of the dialogue lines blasted through my speakers compared to the volume of the music. The controls were a bit clunky but acceptable, I probably would have sped up the flapping and pecking animations a bit. Overall good effort and nice job for a jam game!

Flying is really satisfying, nice silly and dark humor.

Oh wow, I was surprised to hear the voiceover for the first time. Luckily my speakers weren't 100% volume on. I like the idea of putting drama as the core plot thing. Flying mechanics seemed unintuitive at the beginning but later I liked it. Best of luck!

Love the hand-drawn graphics and the voice acting. Also love how close in the camera is it makes things feel so more more.. personal.

Cool controls and mechanics to move around.

And when the music kicks in it's such a MOOD - really amazing.

Only thing I would have liked was if the game made me run the delivery at the end so I could feel terrible the entire time I was doing it.

@thaprofesional Thank you, we had big plans with the forest, cave and secret passage to the village but we had to cut corners to make it on time. Cheers!

The dubbing is amusing! The storker is quite the coward, which adds to the humor. Although the controls were a bit challenging, it might have been intentional. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the game's atmosphere. Great job!

Neat game! I like the challenging controls honestly, they feel like the intentional focus of the game. I do wish I got to do the delivery of the baby at the end though, would've been a good cap-off. Just add new obstacles for it so that it doesn't feel like you're just going backwards the way you came.

@jumbods64 Yeah we wanted to add secret underground passage to the village's well with bats and stalactites to avoid.

I really like the mechanics. You need to have good timing and it works well. The art is also good !

Not used to such a dark story for a Game Jam! I really liked the novel feeling of the controls, they didn't feel unreasonably difficult, but definitely felt thematically challenging to fly while carrying something.

Pros:
- Super 'dark' twist <3
- Silly but fun voice over
- 'Handpainted' backgrounds

Cons:
- controls are a little bit frustrating
- too short :<

The dub is the best part of this game, I liked the music too. Definitely added to the moodiness. Solid entry.
