Before Birth by Charlieorange07

[raw]
made by Charlieorange07 for Ludum Dare 53 (JAM)

Just a small "Clicker" parody game of babies before they were born. Imagine you are a god in charge of reproduction, but your job is just to press a button to send babies' souls to their body.

Used default GDevelop button and fill bar graphic elements, and CC0 SFX from Freesound.com. I can't really remember the fonts originally from, but I can guarantee that they were also CC0. Rest of the graphic elements are original, created with Aseprite.

Haha a very silly idea - but surprisingly well made. Definitely has all the trappings I would expect from a cookie clicker, which makes it all the more funny when considering the 'beautiful creation of human life'. A very funny - and high effort - joke, which I always appreciate. Well done!

strange idea but it works however I found myself becoming bored very quickly as clicker games rely on being satisfying to see the numbers go up.

It's okay for a game jam game though!

Not much to play here, but the idea is fun. You could just make a sitcom-ish story around these clicks, and the hit is born!

I do love a good idle clicker! I wish the shop had my current coins in it so I could see what I could afford. It's a nice, simple game, perfect for a jam.
