The puzzles had a nice difficulty curve and I liked the rotating feature. Made it a lot harder. I wasn't sure what the notifications were for so I just ignored them.
Since you are using art made outside the jam, you should credit the artists (Jesse M, Pixelfrog, etc...)
Also, the puzzle area is the most important part of the game so it should be big and in the center of the screen, not hidden away in the corner.
Good entry tho - well done!
i wish the art style was more consistent though, and maybe that the puzzle part was a bit bigger, as it is the main mechanic
Overall though I liked the game.
Anyway:
Other than the image for the key overlapping a box where it isn't really 'present', and the frustration of the last two stars of day 12, this is a very nice experience! (Though left dragging and and right clicking at the same time threw me for a loop in the beginning.)
Sure, it's 'just' a [tetr|pent]omino puzzler, but it's dripping with charm!
(Try doing the art and music as well, some time, it's very satisfying to work with your own assests, even if they end up looking worse.)
And yeah, the key thingy isn't a good fit. Thanks for all the feedback, glad you liked it!
Overall I liked the atmosphere, art and the mechanics, nice entry!
