this one made me laugh, i liked it a lot. i think it would be even better if the player could place traps themselves. also there were times where the trucks were right on my house so i couldn't do anything to prevent them from delivering mail. but it was pretty fun overall! i could totally see myself playing this more if there was some sort of progression system

Quite fun! I almost made it to the end. The idea of post office "wanted stars" at the top of the screen was really funny.

This one was pretty challenging! Was fun to see all the different new post office workers. Thought the dichotomy of protecting your house with your cursor vs moving it out to collect power ups was pretty neat as the mail got more intense.

I really enjoyed the sound effects that you used for the shredding of the mail - It felt like it somehow harmonized with the soundtrack really nicely! The writing was also funny and charming!

I did run into an issue with the smaller letters where my mouse would pass through them without shredding them - I suspect my mouse sensitivity was high enough that the knife skipped over the letter in a single frame, but this made keeping up with the deluge of letters a bit more frustrating than it needed to be.

At first, I was worried that the five minute timer would drag on, but I really liked how the experience kept changing as more waves of enemies (and new traps) appeared!

really funny twist of the theme, at first i was like "ok thats too easy" and then there was the tiny letters and i sarted to panic, the last 50 secs are so hard but very challenging

I loved the amazing graphics and cutting emails with a knife.

The game mechanics are quite fun, but I feel that it would be even better if the player could choose where to place the traps. Maybe the mail carriers could have another route, as there's a moment when they pass too close to the house, making it very difficult to tear up the small letters they throw. I also missed some sound feedback, but I liked the graphics, which are very charismatic, and the animation of the letter being torn is very satisfying! Congratulations on the game!

Great idea and a cute, fun game!

I really like the graphics and the animations on this one. It really add something. But on the other hand I think it lacks some sound effects (maybe it's juste me, I see some other comments mentionning existing sound effects that I never hear :/).

Art was well done, liked how the game evolved over time. Like another commenter said the powerup placement feels a bit too random so you don't always feel like they're helping you, but it's a minor issue. Nice work!

The art is very charming, the sound effect of destroying a letter is satisfying and while the gameplay is simple it is still fun and addicting.

Great game! Starts out slow and easy but as you gain "wanted stars" from the postoffice it gets more and more hectic as you frantically try to stop the onslaught of envelopes. Other people want to place their traps themselves, but I think past the early-game you don't have the time to do that, so I'm happy the way it is handled :)

I really enjoyed this one. The sound effects are so satisfying! Those damn postmen are such a nuisance haha

So simple and effective! I had a lot of fun! I was able to survive for a good 4 minutes but I was quickly overrun after that.

The premise is hilarious, well done. The gameplay is simple, but the progression of difficulty kept me engaged. The game gets really difficult after 4 minutes, I tried twice but couldn't survive much longer.
I'm sure the trap upgrades were contributing to my survival, but I was too focused on what I was doing to notice if they did. I think upgrades that directly affect the letter opener might have felt more impactful (AOE ability?).
It also feels like you accomplished adding a ton of content for a jam game (mail carrier variety and upgrades), that's cool to see.
Overall solid entry, I'm glad I clicked!

wow this was intense! i love how simple the gameplay is but it slowly turns into hell!

the spawn rate of powerups seemed a bit strange for me, i had a lot at some point then nothing for a long period of time then just one new fan.

this was really fun to play and i wish there were even more enemies and powerups, or maybe a way to chose between upgrades (like "shredders are bigger" or "postmen are slower" or idk) to make it even more engaging!


Liked a lot of the gameplay, thought it was easy at first until i got overwhelmed by those planes and trucks, really well polished game i have to say, everything feels smooth and the music was relaxing

Cool idea. Good graphic design. A very entertaining process. I was able to last up to 99 seconds and so far this is my limit =D

I really liked the game, the art has its charm and the music too, extremely addictive game, but after playing a lot I have the impression that winning depends on luck, like where the traps will appear and how close the mailmen and vehicles will pass by the house, in the end there are so many letters that it's hard to keep track, but still it's a very fun game. Good job :D

I had a lot of fun trying this arcedey game. I think it would be great to add an upgrade shop, so that i could control which upgrades i bought.

Fantastic, very amusing, and it resonates with me on a deeper level than it probably should! Music gets a little annoying... I wish there were sound FX, which would make it even more annoying.

Really fun, although it got impossible around the 120 second mark.
