I found a bug where disappearing food permanently presses down on a button if it doesn't fall off first - allows you to cheese some levels. I thought this made the game more enjoyable in its own way though, always fun to discover the quirks in a game.
Enjoyed the soundtrack a lot as well, good work!
One thing I got confused about a few times was the doors being open and closed, the thin line was hard to spot with the background behind it, and because of the background I often thought the doors were locked still even though they were not.
One thing I would try to work on design wise is making sure people have to use all elements of your puzzle. One example of this is in the first level where you introduce the yellow laser. I can throw the fridge across the gap (very cool I love momentum), and then I can use the button to disable the laser to get the drone to come over. However, this isnt actually necessasry, as I can finish the level with just the fridge. Making it necessary to get both characters to the end might help with your design a bit, and make it feel more complete. I dont want to leave my drone companion behind!
Noticed a couple bugs, but nothing game breaking:
-The Fridge sometimes got stretched out horizontally when being grabbed by the drone
-The first time I loaded the game I couldnt make any inputs.
Will give you a follow on itch and see if you make any updates or add new levels, as Id love to give them a go!
Cheers :P
Keep up the good work. That was a good game for my first rating of this LD.
like the other commenters mentioned, the controls are a bit finicky and slippery. one button to switch between characters would be great, cos i kept forgetting which one corresponded to which guy.
Overall a very nice game though, with a little polish I could really see it shine!
I got stuck in a room between two doors on one of the levels when I flew the drone inside it instead of running the fridge out of it, so I had to restart the whole game
