Nice multipurposing of beer as health and goal to win. The block character graphics are cute and simple to read visually, and the controls are easy and responsive. I feel like a bad beer baron when I throw a barrel wrong and waste all that precious beer. :-) Well done!

Very cute voxel art! Good music and fantastic animations.

I did notice a few issues: 1) red swordsdudes would start spawning in the middle of the screen instead of spawning alongside wagons, 2) when a wagon is attacked too close to the edge of the screen, the beer also spawns off screen and was unreachable for me.

Very fun game! You added a lot of interactions in a very short time. Great job!

Art style is really cute. Love the tiny detail of the skulls after death. Swing feels satisfying. The keg throwing is a bit awkward. I'd consider speeding up the game. More wagons per cycle, more kegs! More beer!

This was amazing! Very polished, super fun. I like the artstyle a lot. My only wish would be to have one or two more enemy types to make combat a little more varied. Great job!

Very nice. I enjoyed the art style and smooth animations. The difficulty also ramps up perfectly. I agree with one of the other comments that adding one or two additional enemy and/or weapon types would make the game even more fun.

Nice game, felt a bit slow for the first couple of minutes, but other than that - great!

Who knew robbing beer wagons would be so dangerous? I didn't too well. ![beer.png](///raw/7bd/83/z/5ab24.png)

I liked that I could drink beer to heal myself, or use it to increase my score - that makes for an interesting tension. After a few wagons, I feel like the game loop had shown itself completely, ultimately culminating in just a horde of soldiers that I couldn't defeat. Perhaps one way to extend the game would be to have different types of wagons, beers, or enemies that somehow make levels/waves feel unique or different from each other? Were there any planned features that you weren't able to get to due to time constraints?

Great work with the art, and working with 3D instead of fighting it. I have seen too many 48-hour entries where the camera takes away from the game, either by not showing important parts of the map, or by adding additional complications without adding any interesting mechanics (ie, just hard to control).

Cute game! I wish the UI was a little more polished looking. I really like that there's a tutorial and that the controls are shown onscreen. The art style is also fun :)

Very nice game! And challenging at that (haven't yet made it all the way through despite trying multiple times).
I noticed one bug, where the UI randomly moved halfway through the top of the screen so it only was half visible.
Also throwing the beer into the designated areas is sometimes quite tricky.
It's a bit disorienting that you can throw things of the map and ofen walk of it but not interact with beer you threw to the edge of the map where it's still visible.
Really nice combat system!
All in all I really enjoyed it and might come back to try claiming all 20 beers (my right knee is still bobbing to the great music btw. great choice!)

Interesting combat game.
I love the unique pixel art style. Players need to choose between drinking beer to restore health and accumulating points. The music is also very dynamic.
After three failures, I finally collected 20 cups of beer, haha!

This was a fun and surprising challenge! Fun game with a simple and clear premise. That you had to choose between health and points was not something I worried about until I realized (all too late) that it was something I had to worry about lol.

Small side note, I very much appreciated the volume sliders on the main menu.

I've yet to beat this one (clicking on my trackpad is hard). I like how hectic it got eventually :)

Finally got some time to boot into Windows and try out the game (WebGL version was not working for me at all). This was really good! One of my favorites in the jam.

this is one of the highest rated games by me even after all the mountain of games I've played! the attention to details is my favorite part from the tutorial to how enemies can destroy beer to how the beer aiming is forgiving to how if you hit the horse beers can fly right into the yellow circle sometimes.. I had so much fun with this game, the combat is satisfying especially when taking 4 people at the same time and the mechanics are really simple yet effective! I also love how beers also give you health back leading to some intense decision making near the end, this game just works and I love it!

Had a lot of fun with this one, loved how chaotic it got towards the end and I can always emphasise with any character who just wants more beer. Big fan of the art style and really liked the character animations especially. Liked the music a lot too. Great job!

Really cool! Music is great and the sound effects are funny. Gameplay itself is mostly nice and kegs doubling as score and health allowing you to make decisions is clever. Mechanics are simple enough and I like the forgiving snapping of kegs. The only problem I had with it was that enemies just seemed to snowball eventually, overwhelming me; would've been nice if there was a way to organically keep the amount below some threshold. I like the sort of reversal of the theme. Overall very nice!

Pros:
- consistent and fun art style
- theme and tons of skulls :D
- swinging the sword is super cool <3

Cons:
- repeatable
- fighting could be a little bit better
- menus could be more polished

Nice game, some more explenation in the game would be nice, but it is still very good as i did understand it in the end and it was pretty entertaining to play.
