Traz Logo by Delta Key

About
Control a drone and fight against physics!
This is a really short game.
IMO, it ended up being a bit too random 😅 You start moving boxes, then other, secret, weird things. It was supposed to have a story tying everything together, but like always, I ran out of time to add those things.
I hope you enjoy playing it!
Update notice: Hey there everyone, thanks a lot for playing Traz Logo! As some people said, the physics ended up being really, really bad. So, I'm releasing an update that fixes most of the physics related bugs: the game is a lot more playable right now, thanks to everyone's feedback.
Still! If you want to play the original version, with all the glitches and stuff, I'm leaving a link to it down below 🙂

How to play:
Arrow keys: Move;
X: Grabs/releases something from your claw;
R: Resets the current stage.
Inspirations: Part Time UFO, Majora's Mask (on the music)

I am amazed by how you were able to make all of this for the compo, really well done!
The music and sound effects are spot on.
The puzzle are simple but funny and well executed.
I really enjoyed playing your game, good job !

I thought this would kill it after a while :laughing:
very good 2d joint physics btw
I played the version with the "broken" physics first, and it actually felt a lot smoother to me - The fixed version leads to some really weird interactions where your claw can get stuck on the world geometry, and where objects become un-grabbable because their interaction point has clipped through the world geometry. For example, I got softlocked by the reflector rotating into the ground in the fixed version, which couldn't happen in the original:

My only complaint was that the bomb level moved away from asking the player to *cope with* the chaos of the physics system, and instead asked the player to try to *control* the chaos of the physics system, which was a lot less fun - It became an exercise in patience, rather than an exercise in clever manipulation of the game mechanics.
Overall though, there's a lot to like here - Great job! :)
cool game!!!while I stuck here for a while,controll feelings a little wield,this floating robot is not stable,falling down speed is too big,but,nice game game level design,cute art ,love this game so much,,nice work
This was fantastic! Simple but effective, great art, fun puzzles with variety! I'm glad I didn't give up trying to deliver the precision bomb lol.
I really appreciate how you handled damage, instead of dying and starting over it just drops boxes, great choice.
I don't think I even have anything to add, I just want more levels!
Gameplay aside, the graphics are excellent - I love the strained expression the robot makes if it's carrying something for too long! I could definitely see myself playing a much longer version of this, with a more gradual difficulty progression and maybe some extra mechanics. There's a lot to build upon here. Good work!
