made by Akromaly for Ludum Dare 53 (JAM)

 Francesca Ragile is a girl who ended up doing deliveries in heaven. Packs should be handled with care but... there are strange creatures ahead so let's ignore that.

:mailbox: Fly with your magic box as you deliver stuff while defending yourself from the freaky mail monsters. Make sure not to miss too many deliveries, or you're out!

:video_game: Controls: [Joystick is supported!!!] - Arrows / WASD / D-Pad / Left Stick --- Move - Backspace / Space / Mouse Left Button / Joystick A/R/R2 --- Throw pack - P / Select --- Pause - Enter / Start --- Start / Retry

Nicely polished. I Loved the feel of the game! Its pretty hard to aim packages though, might be nice to have like a dotted line aimer. Anyways Great work!

Loved the look and sound. Found it really hard to hit the package delivery lines. Not sure if I missed it, but some way of controlling the angle of throw would be nice.

Oh wow, I love the simplistic joy of this game. It's just the right level of difficulty that I can play and not need to learn any complicated mechanics, I really appreciate the break that this game offered, a chance to just relax. The game was fun the art is charming and the music is such a classic! I do wish that you were blocked from going offscreen rather than it instantly killing you, the threshold on where you die is a bit fuzzy and I often wanted to dodge but ended up killing the run instantly instead. Still I really love this game, the minimalism is very very refreshing

Love the art and music -- immediately puts me to mind of SNES classics.

The gameplay loop is pretty solid, sort of like a sidescrolling shooter, but with an angled and gravity-affected projectile, so that was interesting. It wasn't immediately obvious that I would get refills for my packages, so some kind of indication about that would have been nice.

My strategy for playing was essentially to dodge the red guys and shoot the yellow guys, and I got into a good rhythm. It looks like the game doesn't have an ending, per se? Just a high score sort of system? I eventually got knocked down at 10100.

Cool game, though I'd have liked to have seen some progressing complexity or difficulty, and an ending / levels.

Nice game ! My best score is 2800, maybe would be better if the yellow ones are easier to avoid. I love the graphics !

Lovely pixel art, very nice music. The gameplay is alright too, though flying against the scroll is a bit wacky.

Overall very solid.

What a neat game!! Music, animation and graphics are an amazing combo, very nostalgic))
Game play is solid, but not intuitive, it took a couple of tries to understand what was going on, maybe a tutorial inside of the game would work??
And also maybe it's only me, but the first thought I had about "delivering packages" here, is to through them down the chimney, rather than dropping them in highlighted spots.
Good job!!

I really liked this! the art is cute and soft, it controls really well and while the arc of the packages takes some getting used to the risk/reward of trying to conserve packages to highscore is really engaging!

I love the pixel art of this game and the idea of having packages as weapons/objectives! The pixel art is very beautiful and the gameplay is enjoyable. My best score is 3300; the golden mailboxes got the better of me.

Game loop, audio and graphics are fantastic, I really like the effort put into making the cover art an entirely different art style to the game and the fact that it is optimized for a joystick is awesome. Great fun game
trading parcels to save yourself and then picking them back up again. Only thing I would change is make the characters a little smaller in comparison to the objects you have to avoid. Maybe that's just me being bad at games XD

Hello fellow Godot user! That was really fun! It controlled well, and the primary game play loop was really fun. It was a little confusing at first how to get the packages into the delivery spots, I ended up just flying really low and firing them across it and that seemed to count.

The game is very beautiful! I enjoyed the animations, they are very smooth and help create a great atmosphere for the game. The controls are convenient and responsive. However, I would like to see the final score shown for less time or be able to skip it, as the longer I see it after each death, the more I feel like closing the game. Overall, everything is great!

The music and audio are great, the gameplay is fun and well designed. I like how the two enemy types behave differently, making the player think about what they have to do to avoid damage and deliver the package instead of just mindlessly dodging flying mailboxes.
