Kingdom Post by Astoeth
Welcome to your first day at Kingdom Post !

Your new job is to manage this delivery agency. Hire deliverymen, assign them deliveries and tell them which road to use to fullfil their missions. But beware ! danger is everywhere, so they can be delayed, blocked or even killed on the roads

If they don't come back, you may pay the local sorcerer to know more about their fate, or just considere them dead and stop paying their wage to their family (but if they come back, you won't earn anything)
Some fixes got done on the webGL version after the deadline (Original submit is still available as a windows downloadable version), full list is on Itch.io page

As far the game itself i like the base idea but i feel like its missing something, but i can't tell what it is
From a design perspective, I never really felt the need to expand far outside the initial area. I think that might be due to the fact that I didn't really understand the longterm goal of the game. Do I want to make as much money as possible? Explore the whole map? Just survive as long as possible? Perhaps adding some sort of time pressure would encourage players to push outward more—i.e. make as much money as possible by day X.
Overall I think it's a really cool concept, and I'd be interested to see where you take it. Nice work!
Cool gameplay. I struggle to get it but the text under was pretty clear.
It is a bit long to me, the low level mission stay for to long.
Except that, pretty solid entry !
I think it could benefit massively from some sort of tutorial, since there's a lot of menu and it isn't totally clear what the gameplay loop is at first. The music was also a tad short/repetitive I feel.
That said the presentation is very well done!
Critisism-wise the only proper gripe I had was that I would like to have been able to see the available deliveries even when all the postmen were out and about so that I could see if I should hire someone new to take an especially lucrative delivery.
Amazing job!
