Audio is very nice, very relaxing
My favourite part was just being on the top of a mountain, looking out over the world
Maybe a bit more feedback on collecting would be nice, also being able to see what you have mid collection would be good.
Great work for a solo entry.
insanly impressive as for a gamemaker game! (and the 24hrs haha)
5 stars, thank you!

What I will say is that the overall atmosphere was immaculate and calming. Loved the overall aesthetic and feel. That said, I do think that the readability of the game suffered somewhat because of the grass and trees etc.
It's not really a problem though, and I'd say you definitely achieved what you set out for here with this game. Definitely a charming experience
Only criticism I have is that the timer adds a pressure that I don't think the game needs. This won't stop me giving 5 stars though. Excellent entry.
I had fun playing it. I think it's wise to have a timer per day and that you can play as many days as you want. Also, it's nice to see that progress is saved between runs, making this game re-playable
If I may give some suggestions:
- as it is 'day driven' how hard would it be to make it such that there is a day-night cycle thingy?
- a crosshair or maybe a glow indication on the insects gives the player feedback that they can swoop the insect. Now it was a bit hit and miss
Unfortunately, I couldn't take a screenshot. Windows wouldn't let me. First-person games make me dizzy (motion sickness), but I managed to finish the 5 minutes without vomiting.
Congratulations
It might be nice to make the timer optional and use tab to open the inventory, as just seeing a timer made the game a bit more hectic to me (even though it should be a chill game).
Either way, impressive for only 24 hours!
I love the little bug collection summary at the end, it makes it pretty clear about how many there are still left to find! It might be nice if there was just a little more information, like what habitats you're more likely to find certain ones in, that could let you fill out the holes. But very small detail in the scheme of things for a 72 hour game.
Nice work!
