My unfinished turn-based racing game. The main goal is survival. After a few turns, the car in last place starts taking damage. During your turn, you can speed up, slow down, or keep your current speed. Your speed determines the layout of available tiles for movement — the faster you go, the harder it is to control your car. Power-ups are scattered around the track, but I was too lazy to indicate what they do. Sorry, I didn’t have time to finish it. :(

I liked it — the idea of a turn-based racing game feels unusual and fresh. I’d love to understand better how the mechanics work, especially when it comes to movement and overtaking. And don’t be lazy — add an explanation of what the boosts actually do! :)

I really really like this concept, it has a lot of potential for a racing-battle thingy like gretchin. Amazing work

love the idea. Adding spacebar or something to "Confirm" would be a good addition - needs more options for the tile layouts based on speed!

Sucks that you didn't have time to iron out the bugs and at least restart the scene after game over... I really liked the concept, and would love to play more if you decide to work on it a bit more and fix the main problems.

@good-enough Thanks for the feedback! The scene restarts when you click anywhere on the screen except the text. Yeah, I just made a big button behind the text haha

The concept is interesting! Maybe you can add a restart button within the level so players can restart easily when they are losing.
