You are an unnamed doll trapped in the twisted collection of a cruel Collector. He experiments on his toys, mutilating them and turning them into hollow shells of their former selves.

Now, he has begun doing the same to you, but this time, you have a chance to escape.

Use whatever you can find to aid your escape. Navigate through his domain, confront the toys he’s mangled beyond recognition, grow stronger, and fight your way to freedom.

But the Collector has noticed your absence and is hunting for you. Hide behind objects to avoid his gaze, but remember: to truly escape, you may have no choice but to face him in battle.

The artistic direction immediately made me want to try The Collector.

I was able to play two rounds:

One round where I collected objects... On repeat? No inventory, nothing. But okay, I managed to advance a few tables, some pawns attacked me and other strange things happened. It was very pretty and the music created a nice atmosphere. Then finally, with no way through, I decided to “jump” and fall into the void. A boss fight ensued in which all the pins I had collected were useless. I died.

Second game, an infinite loop: I can only do two tables, the objects respawn in a loop.

I don't know if I was just unlucky. In any case, the concept is great and the art direction is really cool.

Holy crap the art and atmosphere is out of this world O:

I didn't really understand the gameplay, i tried dodging the collectors attacks but didn't know how to attack back or how to continue on forward

Unfortunately, as I’ve gathered from experience and from the comment above, the game isn’t very playable — I feel for you.
I restarted it about ten times and managed to see a few locations. Somehow, I even made it to the boss fight with the Collector, but he took me down :)
I can’t really judge the gameplay part, but the art and visual style are top-notch — I really liked them!

I couldn't figure out what I was meant to do. I picked up a pin, but where did it go? What do I do with it? Then I walked through to the next room, and then the next room seemed to loop back to where I started. The 2D/3D look is cool though and it seemed like it could be an interesting game.

@psevdonim oh wow thats crazy, I didn't realize it was actually possible to get to the collector in the current state of the game, im glad at least the hands I drew for it can be seen lol, there was originally also a mini boss but that one im pretty sure is unreachable

I didn't understand the point of the game, and I couldn't go beyond the second location. You can also simply exit each location.
