made by Vegevan for Ludum Dare 58 (COMPO)

🩸 Peeping Tom You’re not a hero — you’re just a creep with a notebook. In a city swallowed by fog and fear, you wander through Jack Street, Duck Avenue, Creeper Square, and countless other dead ends — not to stop the killers, but to collect their souvenirs.

Each murderer leaves behind a piece of their madness:

🔪 Jack and his knives

🔥 Jeff and his fire

🎭 The Joker and his painted cruelty

🪚 The Silent Carpenter and his tools of “art”

You look like a detective, but you’re not investigating — you’re admiring. Fill your girly pink diary with blood-stained trinkets, hearts, and horror. The closer you get to completing it, the closer danger gets to you.

🎮 Features Explore a grim, living city filled with whispers, lights, and fake news

Collect twisted “souvenirs” from each crime scene

Try to get home before the killers — or fate — catch up to you

A soft-pink aesthetic soaked in dread

Haha, I collected them all! Jack the Ripper got me once when I couldn't find my way back home via omen street, but other than that luck was on my side!
Very fun game. I like the personality the city has with the road names, the funny radio announcements and the things the houses say. Collecting serial killer trinkets is also a cool, unique take on the theme, I think it was very clever as well. The 8-bit artstyle is charming and I think it works well when contrasted with the gruesome murdering and the dark humor messages coming in, I think that worked well together. All around great job, well done!

Interesting concept, I liked the random news showing up and the police investigations, but I think the map had too much areas that were blocked off and similar to each other, I had a hard time figuring out where I am and just wandered around aimlessly most of the time.
