Place objects from the belt in the trays provided and sell them to earn money. Make sure and sell the right things though!

Mistakes will be punished with deductions from your wages. Who needs to feed their family anyway really?

The game ends if you somehow run out of money, but you wouldn't let that happen, right? Right!?

It's quite surprising! The graphic is sooo nice and polished, and the gameplay is clear. Please edit your game page and add more screenshots to let more people see this game!

Love the graphics on the splash screen, think I have an RSI now. Thats a lot of cubes. Needs some music during the game!

@nekobones Thanks for playing and I'm glad you liked it. I finally had time to make the page look a little nicer :D

@irfynnh Thanks, hopefully not too much of an injury :D There was a bug where only the first audio track would play which I did a quick little fix for now!

I just had one issue where there were two very similar shades of blue and I had a lot of trouble telling them apart. I'd drop a blue in with others and it'd say that colors must match. That day I lost money on. Other than that, decent game idea.

I think this was a great execution of the theme and was fun to play. I did fumble a lot during a day where I had to collect the not-quite-too-dark 'medium' blue cubes in a sea of dark, medium and light blue cubes, I personally found that the dark and medium blues were too similar. I'm not colour blind as far as I'm aware but it could also be my monitor. The music really set the tone of dread and discomfort that I think you were going for but some ambient music during game play would have been a bonus. Overall, fantastic job.

The game has very nice graphics and very addictive gameplay, but at least it was very difficult for me to distinguish the different colors of blue that were there.

Very cute game! The main model was great and the privatives worked really well for the stuff you were sorting!

I love this one! I liked the papers please element of having to juggle your various bills and needs. It was a bit of a shame that all the collectables were just coloured cubes but thats the kind of limiation i expect from a gamejam so its no biggy. Really well done!!

It's an interesting little game, but the switching between boxes feels a bit tedious to me,good job!

Really cool game. I'd have to agree that the shades of blue were very close together and a little difficult to distinguish at times but that kind of added to the challenge of the game. I ended up spending more than I had on food and dying, so my feedback would be to disable the buy buttons for things the player can't afford. Otherwise, really solid game and good gameplay loop. Nicely done!

Game is great, I have some thoughts about it:
Sometimes I put dangerous objects into the machine myself because the disposal is next to the machine. Maybe the disposal area and penalties should switch(Idk maybe this design choice is intended to make player focus but I basically hit my own foot with dangerous objects :D)

Starting to spawn items in the start of the day may have a little delay so I can inspect what should I collect today.(About 2-3 sec is enough)

Graphics are good, some item colors are very similar and difficult to recognize sometimes

These are just random thoughts about my experience; overall, I liked it and it was fun! Congrats!!!
Made it to the day 6 then I ate a lot of food lol

Really nice game, was particularly surprised with the "real life" use of the money. Kind of reminded me of Papers Please somehow for that, it was nice!

Sorry I'm late to playing your project, today was the first day I could get back on the computer, but I'm here now so let's go!

As I am late to the game many of my thoughts have already been echoed here, esp. by @yarkin. Allow me to say though, that the gameplay is surprisingly compelling and I feel like it could be expanded in all sorts of interesting ways. I really did like the tension between the bright colors and the creeping sense of doom across the implied narrative. I'm a sucker for games with skeuomorphic design, and this is no exception. Great work!

Gameplay loop felt good. I think it would have been more interesting for the game to get a lot harder through the days. The first day i had to do 2 collections and once i wanted to see how the game ended there were still only 1 to 3 collections a day required and just doing those and putting the dangerous objects in was more than enough to sustain. Everything felt really smooth to play though great job

Game got really hectic on some days. Some days it was pretty easy. I found a life hack of just not paying rent, electricity or heat and then just paying one tick of food and entertainment which made it a lot easier to go on forever. One thing I wish we got was the required materials showing up before the conveyer starts and then if you need to peek at it later it can work as it does- I'm always terrified a bomb will go off while I peek at what is needed

I noticed a few comments about the similar colors being hard, and while the colors chosen didn't impact me, there are some tones that I can't tell apart so adding unique texture / patterns on each type would have made it more playable to people with varying degrees of color blindness. Tough to do all of that during a jam tho!

I enjoyed the loop and wish there was a like pay off debt type of goal for a "winning" state. I did notice the prices kept going up so I figure eventually my hack of not paying any bills would catch up to me and I wouldn't be able to afford food anymore. Great game overall though, definitely enjoyed it!
